Blame Bethesda for making these download through the game as reliant on an ini setting instead of sanely through Steam. Resetting your INI to default settings sets bFreebiesSeen to false, and unless you set the Freebies Seen toggle back on, it will prompt you to redownload them all again. MO2 has some funky behavior when downloading the CC content through it, and causes the weird behavior of placing the files in Overwrite. This has happened to enough people I will add an exception to this setting in the next version.

I would agree with accepting this mod for fixing the known bug. I'm not convinced enabling the INI setting looks better, but this may come down to personal preference. I don't believe there is any real performance impact either way.

DynDOLODGrassMode will override ExtendGrassDistance setting.

Yeah, I can update it when I have time. There has been a large amount of frequent updates, and the ini settings for the game are not as accessible as previous games, so it makes it difficult.

This had been correct in 2.2.0, but the wrong instructions got copied in 2.3.0. I have now corrected it. ACMOS Road Generator is installed in 19-Utilities.

The short answer is no. Now, if one were to devote a significant amount of time and effort, one might be able to develop that functionality, but there is very little incentive to do so when you can create FaceGen via the Creation Kit extremely easily. Currently I am actually developing an xEdit script that places all NPCs in a FaceGenPatch.esp file that can then be used to batch create a bunch of facegen via the Creation Kit, but for Fallout 4. https://github.com/DoubleYouC/FaceGen-Generator The Creation Kit, at least for Fallout 4, supports generating FaceGen via the Command line using: CreationKit -ExportFaceGenData:FaceGenPatch.esp W32

You are confusing NGIO with GCH above. NGIO would be Utilities and GCH would be Extenders. GCH doesn't generate any files, whereas NGIO does (the grass cache). GCF was a resource because it provided files (blank grass cache files) that are needed to use gid grass cache.
