The default settings mainly alter TerrainManager LOD settings higher/lower as FPS increases/decreases, but it can be configured to dynamically adjust any INI setting higher/lower as the FPS increases/decreases. Below is the customized INI file that I am using with this for testing, which is geared toward higher-end hardware. z929669 --> I have been testing with the above config with the first section modified a bit more realistically and for my own FPS, which averages more around 55 FPS overall:

  9. Discussion topic: PrivateProfileRedirector F4 by Karandra Wiki Link This mod speeds up the reading of INI files by caching them in memory. This is not replaced by Buffout 4, but Buffout 4 has a fix that tells the game to not load INI files that don't exist for plugins that don't have them. This means that the major reason to use this mod (long load times for large load orders) is largely solved with Buffout 4's solution. However, if the mod list has many mods with individual plugin INI files, using this mod *could* improve startup times even more. That all being said, I doubt that we need this mod with Buffout 4's fix.

Discussion topic: Baka ScrapHeap - Script Memory Limit Expander by shad0wshayd3 Wiki Link It is my belief that Buffout 4's memory manager (same as we use for the other games) should be sufficient in most if not all cases. Some people prefer to turn off Buffout 4's MemoryManager and using this mod with ScrapHeapMult set to 4. I don't really know if there is any way of testing this, or any need for testing this.
