  1. Yeah, you can point the devs to these forums for more information and logs (you can post logs in Discord too). The devs don't frequent these forums.
  2. I would highly suggest you get on Discord and report. You can link back the these topics if you need to, but I don't know if any of the devs frequent these forums anymore: https://discord.gg/5tCqt6V
  3. I don't know what NMM uses to store the plugin list but the default location is: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\GAMEFOLODER\plugins.txt
  4. Have you reported this on Discord or github?
  5. The only way is to run MO2 as an administrator, but that's not recommended.
  6. I've not set up Lexy's guide, but my GTX 1060 is of similar performance to the 980 in benchmarks. I can't play at 4K due to not having a 4K monitor, but can say with a fairly modded game @1080p and using BethINI's High preset, I stay very close to 60FPS. There are a few places it drops into the low to mid 50s (like the swamp). This is without ENB, but the ENB I use is pretty lightweight too so it doesn't affect performance much. I would expect my system to be in the 30s, if ran at 4K.
  7. A bit of a google search will get you in the ballpark of how it'll do at 4K. I don't think you're going to be happy: When people ask about 4K gaming, I typically recommend a minimum of a GTX 1070.
  8. I had a bit longer of a run around with this one installed in a more vanilla environment (still had recommended mods installed) and I've got to say that I'm impressed. Impressed enough that I'm going to put it into my Pack. There's only a few small issues that can easily be ignored or worked out with overwrites or by hiding textures. All-in-all it's very well done. The distant terrain is also impressive in how it flows with the grass colors. Granted some of the textures are an offshoot from vanilla, but the coloring and style is close enough that I don't think anyone would be bothered too much by the changes.
  9. I have it install as recommended with Obsidian Weathers and Seasons. I'm very curious to give it a good run through, but it covers a lot for one mod so there's a lot to check out. I think there are a few textures I prefer from other mods from my quick look. I'm overwriting it with Just Ice, for example, and its moss on rocks is a bit too green for my liking too. There's no way it should be that green.
  10. Discussion topic: Cathedral Landscapes by The Community Wiki Link This is a mod that overhauls the grass and landscapes of Skyrim SE. It's grass is optimized compared to other grass mods in that the vertices have been reduce, thus providing a performance advantage vs other similar mods. It also comes coupled with landscape textures specifically designed to blend well with the grasses. Due to the design of the grass being affected by lighting it's specifically designed for use with Cathedral Weathers and Seasons to achieve the designed outcome, however, it has been reported to work well with other weather mods as well.
  11. Hey everyone. Over the last couple of days I've added additional patches to RWT, including for Falskaar and Beyond Skyrim Bruma. I've never played with these mods (just editing blindly in xEdit) so if any users wish to report odd issues or waters that need to be adjusted, please PM me. I don't check this thread often so if you simply reply here, chances are I won't see it. The more data you can provide, the better (location, cell coordinates, screenshots, etc.)
  12. https://ck.uesp.net/wiki/index.php?title=Creation_Kit_Interface_Cheat_Sheet Select everything, press "S", and left-click and drag to the size you want.
  13. The iron helmet is caused by one of the mods in the list. It happens randomly and the mod author has not been able to correct it. For now, I would suggest just going through the opening area. Once your out of the cave you can unequip, open the console, and type in "showracemenu". This will allow you to design your character.
  14. You should abandon that guide altogether. It is very outdated. A newer version can be found here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/10924-srle-extended-legacy-of-the-dragonborn/ Though I will say those guides are for more advanced users, not those new to the modding scene. There are some more simple guides out there, including the STEP Guide but I don't know of any for Skyrim LE that has been updated to use MO2. Most of the guides that use MO2 are for Skyrim SE (SSE). The next version of the STEP Guide will use MO2, however, it's a little ways off. I would suggest you start with the STEP Guide that I linked and then ask for help when you need it. That would be good for a beginner.
  15. Updated 'Arguments' section with newest parameters for up to v3.3.11 BETA. I included "Added in v3..." to the new arguments so users will know which versions they are supported in, since v3.3.x is still in beta.
  16. I've never used one, but from what I've seen of friends/family it's a hit/miss situation. If the dog runs off at full speed they'll just run right through the fence (was a large dog who loved to run). They'll get a shock, but at that point they're already past the fence and now the fence is preventing them from coming back into the yard. On the flip side of that, if the dog doesn't just bolt, it usually works. Once the dog is trained, I've seen owners being able to remove the fences and the dogs still never left the area. However, if you go this route I would keep a close eye on the collar. I've seen some of these collars rub the dog's neck raw.
  17. Most their updates have seemed to be for the Creation Club. I absolutely HATE that they don't provide release notes/changelog for their updates. Personally, I want to know what is being changed/updated...rather than being left to guess.
  18. It should work without adding all the arguments. Keep the -sse and the rest shouldn't be necessary.
  19. What's the link to the guides you are following because Lexy's guide is not the "STEP Guide".
  20. I was going to see what it would take to port it until I seen it was a Steam only download.
  21. Just run the 2.1.5 install as portable and the other as an instance. The first button on the toolbar with allow you to switch between the two.
  22. There isn't a STEP SE Guide.
  23. That's fine to do. I merge the files when installing in MO.
  24. Be sure BethINI is pointed to the correct paths in the Setup tab.
  25. https://softwarepublishercertificate.com/#How-much-is-a-code-signing-certificate-? It'll likely cost something, but should fix this. There may be free options. I've not looked into it much because I don't write software.
