Yes, I discussed this myself a bit on the holohud topic. Perhaps from a guide standpoint it would be better to not include any of these. Or perhaps include a blurb about this in the Recommendations.- 5 replies

Skyrim VR can use a large portion of the guide, but it is a very complex process to get it done, one which I haven't even done myself. Definitely only an advanced user would be able to get it right.

Now that you mention it, I kinda think I remember finding some webs in Blackreach that reacted buggy to light somewhere down there. Be something to watch for.

Discussion topic: Shadow Boost by doodlez Wiki Link If this works anything like the equivalent in Fallout 4, this should improve performance and visuals immensely dependent upon your framerate. I would suggest setting low value to something like 3000 and high value to around 10240.

OK. I thought that was the case, since clicking objects seemed to already show their names in most cases. Annoying thing is having to disable precombines in order to figure out what the formids of precombined objects are.

Ok, after more testing, the problematic texture is skyrimcloudslower04.dds. In the vanilla game, the cloud layer featuring this texture is typically disabled and is rarely used, but in some weathers it is used. We can simply hide this texture, since it causes issues if used.- 3 replies

Hmmm.... Not sure if this is because I'm forcing clear weather (15e) in Far Harbor or not, but I think this mod's cloud textures might not be designed correctly to fit the sky in all locations. There are similar posts on the Nexus.- 3 replies

Basically, you have two options. Vanilla's half transparent half not doesn't make sense. Either remove the transparency altogether (Power Armor Hud No Transparency) or make it fully transparent (Power Armor HoloHUD). I feel from a gameplay perspective, removing it altogether makes sense. However, from a realistic perspective, no transparency seems more realistic. Personally, I hate Power Armor and refuse to use it unless I really have to. It's too big and clunky for me. I feel like making it more transparent would be better for my game, but I don't know if it really matter too much to me, since I'm rarely going to use power armor period.
