Things get updated very quick atm when they release new game versions i think. Sheson has already put up a new dll for DynDOLOD. These mod authors are amazing. https://modding.wiki/en/skyrim/users/skse-plugins

This mod is updated with some changes. I dont know if it changes the view off it for STEP? I will keep Simple Horses, but maby some others want to try this again? Version 7.1 Removed dynamic mane behavior and not using custom horse mesh anymore because it has been fixed officially. Horse can now lose one training level per its level allowing new attribute to be trained. Horse training experience gains from riding increased by roughly 60%. Horse hp/stamina gain from the Endurance attribute increased from 40/10 to 120/30 per level. Horse speed gain from the Speed attribute increased from 5% to 6.66% per level. Horse carry weight gain from the Strength attribute increased from 50 to 100 per level. Horse unarmed damage gain from the Strength attribute increased from 2 to 5 per level. Horse charge targetMaxHP damage gain from the Strength attribute increased from 2% to 3.33% per level - base from 2% to 10%.

What do you think we will be big topics in modding during 2022 (here on STEP and in general)? Here is my list - STEP 2.0 for Skyrim SE (AE) will be released. - Requiem for SE will be a big thing now when it is on Nexus (patches, tweaks and so on) - "Collections" on Nexus. Will it kill Wabbajack? - When will the "big" guides for SSE transfer over to AE? Will they even? Or will this "downgrading"-thingy still be a thing a few months from now? - Synthesis patches. I think this method of making patches is really interesting. More intuitive for average users compared to xEdit/zEdit. - New user interface for LOOT looking more like MO2 (i know it is under development). Will it end up being integrated into MO2 in the way it is in Vortex? - New user interface for BethINI in comming versions? We know we want it! And from what i have seen looks sweet!

It would be easy to add and would not conflict with anything on its one. Question is... is there any DAR-mods that would fit in with STEP or enhance STEP? That said i do belive many people add DAR on top of STEP and other guides to get mods like EVG. Idles adds to immersion. -

Installed it last night (not the optional .esp) and placed it in Foundation just before "Assorted mesh fixes". Been running around in all three major citices for a bit and all looks good with my bad eyes. I kinda like what it does to the Whiterun scupper drains. PS One day i hope there will be a community project to make one BIG mesh mod DS- 37 replies

I am with you here to. I belive many mod authors now saying they will not update to 1.6... will change their minds, or their mods will "die". People are having trouble with downgrading and it creates a mess for the average gamer. Demanding new players to downgrade a game they just bought seem a bit odd. If i had a mod on Nexus i would like it to work with the current game version. So this mod should be dropped until updated i think. -
I used HD for a while even after STEP went over to XD just bc it was in my opinion to "over the top" and unpolished. But during the last months i think, just like @z929669 , it has been improved and is now superior. In the FOMOD there is a page where you can "tone it down" a bit, i check all those boxes. I am still not that happy with the torches though, they are tricky to get right.
