  1. Seems you have an armor mod that is crashing your game
  2. If you really want a simple solution to the first situation, that of fixing existing abandoned mods, I think providing a tool that modifies the original mod when run is the only way to go, such as a TES5edit script, injector, or binary patcher.
  3. The limitation only applies to plain members category.
  4. From my read, it definitely is a hypothetical question. I think you are reading way too much into it. But then, I have always been easy-going.
  5. I am of the opinion that Copyright and Intellectual Property are ideas that have been pushed down our throats by companies who merely want to squeeze as much money from said ideas as possible. For instance, copyright was created so that the government could gain money from said works while securing their own free copy of that work in its library! That being said, I do think it wrong to employ or distribute such works without the creator's express permission. This is also why I am anti-copyright, since it in many cases robs the creator of full distribution rights to their own works, especially when muddied in the complicated schemes of labels and studios in their dubious contracts! Many works are made illegal to obtain in other countries, almost assuredly always against the artist's wills, simply because of these contracts! Instead, I much prefer works being subject to human-readable written aggreements distributed with the work by the author, if only people would agree to abide by these agreements. Open up the ability to make money off the works across country borders! In essence, I believe that Copyright steals creators' works. So I think copyright is ethically wrong, and I would look forward to its abolition. That all being said, this does not give you the right to piracy! I obey current laws, even if I disagree with the cop that I was driving too fast. I very much prefer the concepts put forth by the Creative Commons.
  6. Ummmm, your post is way off-topic. Where did you intend to post this and what does esf stand for?
  7. Just not always necessary. That was all.
  8. One big thing is, the Fallout 4 engine is like really slow. I have seen way prettier games with better performance. I probably will prefer the old version simply cause I enjoy 60 fps I really hope that they rebuild Hearthfire to use the Fallout 4 style of building things.
  9. I wonder if the foliage is actually added, or if that is simply due to the randomness of the Bethesda grass system.
  10. Thank you for your kind words. I truly appreciate it.
  11. I am crossing my fingers for a new Creation Kit to go along with this.
  12. Well, upgraded Skyrim isn't too shabby. It will hold me over until ES 6. I'll probably stick close to Fallout 4 for now, however.
  13. I wish there was a dark version of Fusion, as I like that design the best, but not the colors. Just learn basic CSS for the stylesheets.
  14. I can't decide. I'll have to see for myself.
  15. I like the way I can almost see eyes on the headdress.
  16. I know that the Skyrim HD blacksmith is totally out for me. A big thing with that is the way the clothes stretch while bending over a workbench. The compares look promising. I like that the cook and barkeep outfits cleaned up the aprons a bit. It makes more sense to me that they would not keep themselves so dirty, despite the fact that aprons are meant to get dirty. With the functions in Skyrim, the barkeep shouldn't really get dirty, and the cook seems to only exist as an elite office in the palaces of the jarls, and as such should look his station.
  17. Please take a screenshot of where your skse.ini is located. I know you say you have it correct, but a picture is worth a thousand words. Next, what text editor are you using to create the file? What file-encoding is it saving it in?
  18. I would much prefer them to remaster Morrowind.
  19. I'm going to guess they will simply apply the improved Fallout 4 engine to Skyrim. Which will be a pain, because it is a rather slow engine IMHO.
  20. The maximum amount of graphics memory an I3-4160 integrated card can use is 2GB (source), so since he has this set to 3714 (~3.6 GB), he is calling for 1.6 GB more graphics memory than his integrated card can handle, unless I am mistaken.
  21. I fixed the big bug I mentioned in my current source and uploaded it as a beta in Miscellaneous files. Once complete I intend to upload this as an entirely new mod. Would hope for July.
  22. Skyrim Enhanced Camera will override the fNearDistance setting. Try these settings: [TerrainManager] fBlockLevel0Distance=50000 fBlockLevel1Distance=72500 fBlockMaximumDistance=94000 fSplitDistanceMult=1.5
