  1. If you could give me the INIs you used b4 that caused the issues, and the INIs after that fixed it, it might help me find out the rogue setting causing this.
  2. It is placebo to the original game. I would not know if ENB doesn't somehow read the INI file and change something because of it. Would be weird, but possible I suppose. I'm altogether uncertain which change may have introduced that bug, and INI tweaks are difficult to track down sometimes (e.g. disabling screen blood causing world map CTD's). But i do mess with lighting in somewhat a big way. Gotta play whacamole to figure out what could be causing that issue.
  3. Nice. It seems most these values max out around 1.1.
  4. Do not adjust iRadialBlurLevel. Remove it in all cases. It does cause CTD if changed. It will not do anything in SkyrimPrefs.ini, however.
  5. Thanks for this feedback. I've been thinking that some of the lighting settings might produce bugs at high values, and this is very possible.
  6. Multiple things can cause that. You didn't add a blood splatter ini tweak, did you?
  7. Also remove uLockedObjectMapLOD from Skyrim.ini as well, since it is known to cause the issues you describe for some people.
  8. The mouse thing is cause you added the bBackgroundMouse tweak to Skyrim.ini which is not recommended, merely useful in some circumstances. Do you have a gt610 or gtx 950? That makes a huge difference.
  9. Basically keep the maximum one near 98000 and no higher and adjust the other ones below there but not too close together (vanilla ultra for those will be fine I think). This will have the benefit of removing 99% of z-fighting on distant terrain, which is also a cause of some fps loss, as well as reduced memory usage in some cases.
  10. And some viable cards will never gain the Radeon Settings app.
  11. It might just be your video card. My new card does this in some places in vanilla Skyrim. I am hoping it will be fixed in a driver update.
  12. You may consider lowering your Terrainmanager ini settings too.
  13. Surprising to me that you can't read the text. You using something in addition to Flawless to get triple monitors working? Or perhaps some of the main settings can be adjusted? Removing it from the patch is kinda difficult if you don't know how to do it already.
  14. You might want to launch Skyrim Performance Monitor and see if you are not hitting the Windows 10 memory limit then, as that's what it sounds like from your description. In which case, you need to cut back on your mods or go to Windows 7 somehow.
  15. Does this happen without ENBoost.
  16. Install this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 It's always necessary after a complete wipe and reinstall.
  17. You using what options in Flawless Wide screen?
  18. At bottom center of the left pane is a dropdown box. Click it and select "No Grouping."
  19. So... Welcome to the Fallout 4 Funny Bugs Gallery, a place to post all the pictures of your favorite Fallout 4 bugs! Here's one I took recently. Decapitated Conversation
  20. They are primarily there to help load a game that is unstable, at the cost of performance. Otherwise read Boris's explanation.
  21. The lighting issue makes me think it is a driver issue. Try following the instructions for updating or uninstalling/reinstalling your graphics driver. Then, your INI files may hold some clues.
  22. Bethesda.net progress so far...
