  6. You say the CTD happens every time you access the map? Could you please post your INI files, cause that could easily be just a bad INI setting. Please note that your INI files can be easily accessed through Mod Organizer by clicking the Puzzle button-->Ini Editor. Please use the spoiler tags too. [spoiler] Text [/spoiler]It is hard for us to try and troubleshoot an issue when we don't have many details, so please don't get mad at us for falling back to the standard problems that users have when experiencing CTD. We do want to help.

  9. So why would you spam the ESC button? You do know that if you hit the Alt-F4 button, you will CTD every time too. I don't see how this would be a problem.

Decided to strip my current build of the beta features for other games and upload what probably will be the final version for this app. Version 2.6 -Bugfix: Corrected incorrect fFlickeringLightDistance default value. -Bugfix: If the INI files were set to read-only, they couldn't be modified. Read-only files are automatically made writeable during the backup process. -Bugfix: Duplicate settings are now automatically removed. -Bugfix: Fixed ''Remove Shadows'' setting not working. -Changed "Intro Video" to "Intro Logos" -Removed Terrain Fade-In since it really is not a setting one would want to enable in any known circumstances. -Added ability to toggle the ''Intro Music'' under ''General'' -Added ability to toggle the ''Background Load Scripting VM''.   13. Ok, I checked my code, and I now realize I had already caught this error and fixed it in my current build. Thanks for reporting. I think some of the minor bugs are creeping up enough to finally update this mod. Beta seems stable. I plan, however, time permitting, to release on July 1.
  14. The current fINIp NV is explained on the mod page. Basically, it removes the above issue you mention.
  15. This is one reason that I created my INI mods, major nonsense like this in default INI generation. No, they should not be identical, but they largely will be if you create your INI files via the Launcher. This is how Bugthesda rigged Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, so it is perfectly normal. Or you can download my beta app and use it to generate sensible INIs.

  18. fShadowDistance should be 0 and iShadowMapResolution should be 1 if shadows are set to disabled. Either I broke this sometime or you somehow changed these. If you changed these, that's the problem. If not, lemme look at my code and see how this can happen.

  20. Please post your ini files. It is possible that it doesn't work for all graphics cards.
  21. The only things you mention that are not already noted on the Skyim Configuration Settings guide are the ones pertaining to the Creation Kit. I could cover Plugin INIs a little better, however. Also, you have some misinformation there. This is exactly the opposite. The first setting will always win if a setting is duplicated, so in the above scenario, iMinGrassSize will be set to 75, not 40. This behavior is already documented on the wiki.

  24. Well, I currently don't know of any other settings, but I do know how to do what you desire to do. Add sStartingConsoleCommand to [General] and add all your console commands there, separated by semicolons. For example... [General] sStartingConsoleCommand=cl off;setfog 1 0 ...will turn off character light and tweak the fog.
