  1. I just installed the GOG version of FNV and used dumpbin on FallmoutNV.exe to confirm the LAA flag is indeed enabled. I picked up a boatload of old Bethesda games on GOG fairly cheap during the sale.
  2. I believe the GTX 1070 should handle ultra settings, but the issues you are reporting seem to be unrelated to the low/medium/high settings. You may experience some stutters or perhaps even crashes if you're exceeding VRAM (the card's VRAM limit on Windows 7 or 4GB on Windows 8/8.1/10). You can use Skyrim Performance Monitor to check VRAM allocations. I doubt this is the issue, although I'm running Ultra settings on Windows 7 and haven't used Skyrim Performance Monitor to verify VRAM usage yet. Post a new topic in support and we'll see if we can help figure it out, although your first step should be to go back through the guide to verify every step was followed correctly.
  3. If you go down this path, I see this in your future.
  4. I'm not really good with names either, but here are some rather poor attempts: More Appropriately Distributed Loot High-Level Loot: It's a Treasure Hunt Not So Much: High-Level Loot Good Luck Finding the Good Stuff
  5. I imagine this was just an oversight and would have been more obvious if Mod Organizer had shown the redundant icon. The only reason Mod Organizer doesn't show Superior Lore-Friendly Hair as redundant is because nothing overrides the readme.txt file. TechAngel85 will have more information when he gets a chance to swing by.
  6. The above is what Starac wrote about the Dawnguard update right after it was uploaded.
  7. If you do create a new profile (highly recommended), make sure all generated content (GenerateFNISForUsers, bashed patch, DynDOLOD output, etc.) are created as new mods in the new profile so these don't overwrite the generated content in the current profile.
  8. You're running Mod Organizer on Windows 7 so you set it to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode? I have heard of at least one person reporting an issue with Mod Organizer (although it may have Mod Organizer 64-bit) that wouldn't run property when set to run in compatibility mode on Windows 10.
  9. This is in the the detailed instructions for Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Download and install: Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 1 Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 2 Skyrim Realistic Overhaul Part 3 SRO 1.7. original Skyrim version update Overwrite any files, if extracting and combining before installation. If installing the individual files directly to MO either: Install the files separately and in the order listed above or, Install to a single "mod" using the Merge option. EDIT: Nevermind... apparently my scatterbrain missed the last page of posts that already handled this.
  10. It looks like CRC and CRC32 are using different algorithms so you can ignore these differences. The MD5 and SHA-1 hashes match so you can safely assume the files are exactly the same.
  11. From what I'm reading so far it sound as if mod authors will essentially be "paid contractors" working for Bethesda so Bethesda has the rights to the mod. The one good side of this is that mod authors shouldn't have the ability to take down the mods when they pack their bags and leave town. I think Shadriss has a good point that this is likely just an initial step back into the world of paid mods. I can certainly see Bethesda expanding on this over time.
  12. The WIKI page (https://wiki.step-project.com/Skyrim_Skill_Interface_Re-Texture#Recommendations) under Dawnguard has "HD Vanilla Moon and Stars" as the recommended selection. This should be either "HD Vanilla Moon and Vanilla Stars" or "HD Vanilla Moon and More Stars"?
  13. I read that and immediately thought of Evette San's Spiced Wine in Solitude.
  14. I don't think you can just copy FO4 to a new folder like this because Steam wants it in the directory it installed it into and there are several registry entries that point to the original FO4 install directory. In other words, FO4 won't work if you just copy it somewhere like this. I don't understand why you're copying the Mod Organizer folder either.
  15. Users are permitted to edit posts within (I think) 15 minutes of posting. After this has elapsed, the post is locked and can no longer be edited. There are two priority orders in Mod Organizer. The mod order in the left pane controls the order in which assets (meshes, textures, scripts, audio files, etc.) are used in the game and the order of the plugins in the right pane controls which records within each plugin are used by the game. This generally means the game uses the meshes and textures in the last mod in the left pane and the settings from the last plugin in the right pane. Also note that the order in the left pane is controlled by STEP Staff comparing the assets provided in each mod and constructing an order for an optimal outcome in the game (e.g. ensuring the game uses the most appropriate meshes, textures, audio files, and scripts) whereas the right pane is sorted by LOOT using automated algorithms to try to find an optimal load order. I'll let someone else answer your specific question about CCF and WAF.
  16. I haven't had a chance to install this mod yet.
  17. I haven't used this mod since the initial round of testing so I have no valid opinion at this time.
  18. I have to say, this is the most appropriate basket texture mod I've seen so far.
  19. The screenshots look good, but I haven't looked at this in game yet.
  20. Should this one be taken out of testing?
  21. I like the sword, but I vote no due to the bow.
  22. This might be STEP Extended area, but I vote yes. I've used both versions extensively and will continue to use the full version in future playthroughs.
  23. I've had the latest version of this one installed since this topic was created and I vote yes.
