[enbboost] Question about setting ini
DoubleYou replied to jyujinkai's question in General Skyrim LE Support
I think the multiples of 1024 rule is bogus. -

ACCEPTED Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade (by kryptopyr)
DoubleYou replied to statmonster's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
In my brief testing, the CCO esp was necessary for creation of the bashed patch, but can and should be disabled afterward. -
So, for whatever reason, you were downloading a huge file from the Nexus through Mod Organizer, got it to like 70%, and then the power went out, you quit Mod Organizer, or something else happened, and now it won't download. You try to click resume, but all you get is a "Download failed: Error downloading https://filedelivery.nexusmods.com............. - server replied: Forbidden (202) " message. You say to yourself, "Boy, I sure wish I wouldn't have to download the whole file over again!" Well, here's how you can: Go to the download page on the Nexus On the desired file, click the "download manually'' link Once the file is beginning to download, pause it. Copy the download link. Close Mod Organizer. Keep it closed for this step. Go to your downloads directory and find the .unfinished.meta file for the file you were downloading. Open the file with a text editor (such as Notepad or Notepad++) In the url field, remove the download link there and replace it with your new download link retrieved from your paused download. Be sure to keep the quotes around the link. Save the modified meta file. Start Mod Organizer and click resume.Happy Downloading!

GUIDE Mythic Dawn: Gateway to Oblivion WIP
DoubleYou replied to hishutup's topic in Oblivion - Mythic Dawn
Ok, so it seems the problem lies in an incompatibility with the Steam version. I'm using the disc, so there's no way I can experiment. -
GUIDE Mythic Dawn: Gateway to Oblivion WIP
DoubleYou replied to hishutup's topic in Oblivion - Mythic Dawn
As far as I know for Oblivion for MO *Archive Invalidation may be funky (don't know, as I sorta brute-forced it and it works) *OBSE plugins do not worked if installed inside MO *It is recommended to use the Script Extender workaround I'm still experimenting with Oblivion. -
Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - pre 2.xx
DoubleYou replied to sheson's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
The problem is that if you setup the game without launching Skyrim outside Mod Organizer prior to running Mod Organizer, the INI files never become properly created. This has been documented for ages, but people seem to ignore it. -
I think you misunderstood Z. I think he's saying that we don't need a naked female body, and therefore crystaldragon's model will work great--if it works.
-
There should be no need to hide LOD textures provided by mods. The DynDoLOD TexGen script ignores these files and generates them based upon the actual textures being used.

Hmmm... I'm not sure what was wrong with the way I fixed it, but it looks fine now anyway. -
Why was SkyFalls and Skymills Removed?
DoubleYou replied to Leto's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
@CJ, you linked the STEP Guide Changelog, which still has SkyFalls and SkyMills. @OP Neovalen probably removed it because DynDoLOD practically replaces it. Neovalen doesn't give a changelog, but you can go to Page Tools --> History to see what changes have been made. -
ACCEPTED Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - DynDOLOD (by Sheson)
DoubleYou replied to DoubleYou's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
To those having troubles: You guys did remember to add the -o:"C:\TES5LODGen Output" to the arguments for TES5Edit, right? -
Try completely uninstalling and reinstalling.
-
@SRB You're wrong It actually is Mod Grouping that is enabled. In the bottom of the left pane you will see a drop-down that says ''Nexus IDs" which need to be changed to "No grouping."

Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - pre 2.xx
DoubleYou replied to sheson's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
That is correct. -
We simply have not evaluated them fully to recommend the others.

The billboards are in the STEP Texture Compilation file.

BTW, I've fixed the issues with the template shown in the OP. -
Dynamic Distant Objects LOD - pre 2.xx

I think you edit the script. -
In my research with Skyrim INI settings, I figured it would be fun to apply what I've learned to Oblivion. From this I have created a the following, which is a comprehensive list of all valid settings for Oblivion (any settings not listed here are invalid and not recognized by the game) along with their default values, with floating point values estimated to four decimal places. It is not recommended to use this as your INI File!
-
There are stray characters on the Nexus Page (I still don't have access to it).
-
The mouse acceleration edit is no longer valid. The setting does nothing in the game anymore.
