RUSTIC NORDIC MURALS is a retexture of the carved stone murals found in Nordic ruins. It is much better than HRDLC in my opinion.

We don't even need compares - trust me, just add it.  ;)  I just compared myself in-game and it's definitely an improvement with no drawbacks.  He provides 3 versions - lower res (1K), blended res (1-2K), and higher res (2K).

This one is really a no-brainer as soon as you see the difference in-game. Vote for Core.

I've been using this one in my latest playthrough and I think it really makes a difference in a good way.

I have also been using this one, and the detailing is great. We can also definitely get away with a higher resolution than 1k on this. 2k-1k or 2k for sure.

This should be moved in the "2.G. Landscape & Environment" section imo, following "RUSTIC MONUMENTS and TOMBSTONES" if it gets accepted for STEP.

 

It still puts it after "Re-Defined Dungeons".

 

EDIT: well it's not as big of a mod as some other in that section but then you have "HD Dark Brotherhood Door" so idk...

RUSTIC NORDIC MURALS is not available (directly) on Skyrim SE (although the Skyrim Classic mod does work OK on Skyrim SE).

But it is available (indirectly) on Skyrim SE as part of the larger compilation mod RUSTIC RELIEFS.
