  1. This seems to be working fine in 2.2.0. (I have the mod set up separately after the original 'Dragons Shout with Voice' mod, with the 'Dragons Shout with Voice Update - SSE' esp overwriting the older 'Dragons Shout with Voice from Location' esp in the original mod.)
  2. Your screenshot is missing active records from USSEP and 'Guard Dialogue Overhaul', which also contribute to this dialog topic. The latter mod is adding the condition which is forwarded into the Step Patch, so with GDO activated all should be fine.
  3. Just re-downloaded the mod and re-installed, again, its all there: "please try again, and in the first installation window for the 'main cities' please tick the second option 'no parallax version' for every city. this is easy to miss" ...
  4. Forum thread related to this mod and possible solution ...
  5. You might consider reading this, could be an answer, possibly ...
  6. Discussion topic: Paired Animation Improvements by Ersh Wiki Link 'A SKSE plugin that lets annotated events in paired animations work like in normal animations. Also causes the game to create synchronized animation bindings on demand, freeing up a few hundred animation slots for use by animation replacers.' (Author's description) New requirement for Open Animation Replacer (by the same author).
  7. It would work in both cases (with the older versions matching the instructions), but i personally would prefer the updated versions.
  8. Forum thread related to this mod. In this case the closest approximation to the STEP recommendations would be the 'Basic' installation and afterwards hide / disable the esp.
  9. The forum thread related to this mod might be helpful. (If you'd like to continue with your install, for the time being i'd choose 'Loose Files' - Light Shafts' - Yes - 'Custom Textures' - Yes, and hide / disable the esp.)
  10. Thank you. I think i personally would prefer to go back to vanilla with WTT here, just as these compares of yours illustrated. My question about 'optional' was if there would be any negative effects/ bad visuals later on if i re-installed the DynDOLOD Resources amd omitted to tick the 3D plume, then continued to generate LOD again?
  11. I think it is relatively new in the recommendations for the mod's FOMOD instructions to also tick 'DLC2 Vvardenfell 3D Plume'. Is this something to be considered 'optional'?
  12. The esp modifies six (Fire) 'Effect Shader' files and in all cases sets a 'Particle Shader - Dest Blend Mode' to 'One' (?). Only one of these files, 'FireFXShader', is already being a bit more extensively modified by 'Embers XD' and would be the only minor conflict.
  13. Version 1.2.6 re-introduces the esp, which still only contains modifications to the Fire FX Shaders and still can be hidden or deleted when using loose files. "Version 1.2.6 Fixed (and improved) light mist effect custom texture. The plugin is now always installed (it's needed to load the BSA)."
  14. The current version, 5.04, didn't change since sunday! and there is now a changelog mentioning several small changes related only to the 'Extended Version'. 'Minimal' and 'Basic' version still are just the meshes, with no scripts for these versions (as also stated by the author), plus the already as 'optional' discussed esp, which can be hidden or deleted.
  15. This is so needed, thank you. (Also the other mentioned mod, 'Relaxed Bards' and the possibility to combine both, sound good. I'm trying this one first because it's one script overwrite)
  16. There is now a new, 5.01 version which re-adds an esp for the 'Minimal' and the 'Basic' version. Just taking a look at the esp, which edits some game settings; the meshes should still work without the esp and one could just hide it, like suggested in the current recommendations?
  17. Also happy to confirm that the latest update of Embers XD (2.8.4) fixes the mentioned missing texture, so there are no more 'File Not Found Textures' warnings in the DynDOLOD summary.
  18. Small update to the mod (version 2.8.4), which, among other things, fixes a missing texture, which would have lead to missing LOD with Giants' campfires (See this post about the DynDOLOD error messages).
  19. Happy to confirm there are no more Parallax Shader Flag warnings after switching from Glacier LOD Meshes to Icy Mesh Remaster.
  20. Fantastic, thank you ...
  21. Are there maybe any installation recommendations for using this mod within the STEP guide as an alternative to 'Glacier LOD Meshes'? Thank you.
  22. Adding this from the main DynDOLOD thread to offer context for anyone interested:
  23. Thank you both for checking in on this. Just rechecked my 'Models & Textures' section, which is (aside from the additions of DUST, OIL & SOUL) following the STEP guide to the letter. 'Blended Roads' offers the textures\clutter\blackreachroad01.dds - texture, which is mentioned in the error message. I just redownloaded and replaced 'Glacier LOD Meshes' (which i didn't do before, because i didn't change or move the folder since January) and reran DynDOLOD Alpha - 132 with Parent > Child setting enabled; with the same results and error messages as before.
  24. Thank you, great to hear. The 'Embers XD' issue is already discussed and the author is aware. I'll let you know if a next update works and i will also take a look at 'Icy Mesh Remaster'.
  25. I've been updating my 2.2.0 installation from earlier this year to maybe start a new game and with that in mind been also updating DynDOLOD, DynDOLOD Resources and DynDOLOD DLL NG to its most recent versions. After LOD generation all seems fine except for some error messages, which i am not sure i fully understand, but think they are related to the specific installation of the STEP guide. If anyone might help interpret these? Thank you. * File Not Found Textures (Related to missing textures in Embers XD. which the author already mentioned to fix in an upcoming version ...) * Parallax Shader Flag (The mentioned meshes here are exactly the meshes from 'Glacier LOD Meshes' by Phlunder, which i have installed, but do not seem to be recognized by DynDOLOD?) * Textures Do Not Match (A 'false positive' related to either FOLIP or ACMOS Road Generator? Textures not recognized by DynDOLOD?) Just edited for hopefully some more clarification. These error messages occured with DynDOLOD version 130, 131 and today with 132, DynDOLOD Resources Alpha 38 and DynDOLOD DLL NG Alpha 6, 7 and 8.
