  1. Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Main + DLC Merged.esp seem to needs to override just about everything outside of minor patching. I recommend giving it a global of 990500 If you want to go the load after route, you'll have to add about 10 mods to the list I found this issue because the was one mod in particular that affected imagespaces and made a few areas flicker between two colors which looked terrible. EDIT: I tried it ingame and it removed the green tint like it was supposed to. EDIT2: Im thinking you should have people add NAMES to Assaultrifle_replacers_WMK+RH+FWE.esp There are two records that dont forward 100% correctly but its better than it was. EDIT3: There this problem when you have instructions to add or remove plugins where they are super easy to miss even if one is paying close attention to detail. Maybe something subtle like highlighting those keywords. I may take a sample from some section and try it out in my sandbox to see what you think.
  2. you should have vsync on in skyrim and enboost so dont worry about it.
  3. I reset nvidia's global settings to factory. The only thing left in my bag of tricks is restarting :/ Its the ONLY application that had this and its only that top bar. EDIT: updating windows to build 10162 fixed it which wasnt there earlier.
  4. I know msi afterburner work fine but I think the issue is when rivatuner tries to inject its code. Its been awhile since I messed around with rivatuner thought
  5. well, the lastest build (10158) of win10 broke something in xedit (190515). https://bit.ly/1C7Kbxm Compatibility options did nothing. Anyone got any ideas?
  6. If it is a global and works like I believe, its probably retenitive and would require another mod to edit it. I don't see how this can't be altered in a script though
  7. finally finished this bloody thing
  8. My issue was the invalidation bsa was not at the top of the list.
  9. ...the pack.
  10. I fixed a few typos here and there but I looked at the list and locating the patches was somewhat difficult. The patches section was confusing. Take a look at what I did in a sandbox, I already made a few potentially unwanted edits to the guide. What I did in the sandbox is slightly better but i dont know if there a bad reason to do it like this. I would also recommend turning off "Lock Times" in wrye bash because it tends to screw up the sorted LO.
  11. zumbo mentioned being stupid busy lately.
  12. There is a pack that has some player homes
  13. Way back when, I used ENB but wanted to find the source of my crashes (SSME wasnt around) so I removed ENB and crashed almost immediately in solitude. Little did I know ENBoost was a thing that fixed the 3.1GB crash due to a large amount of texture data, generally speaking it wasnt much, skyrimHD 2k maybe. I consider it a fix like the Unofficial Patches and SSME/SKSE mem tweaks I think the vsync was because physics objects dont settle correctly and start vibrating. I can see why people dont use it but my experience with fps limiters has been terrible. I've been using adaptive vsync which works pretty well for a few games.
  14. Well, I found my macro stutter issue, it was ENBoost. I see you already note "may decrease performance" I think you would add something like "may cause severe macro-stutter" When I use the flashlight, I get a severe drop in fps and not something like -5, its more like 60 -> 15 fps. I looked through the comments and it seems that I am not alone. I would suggest this to be optional because even though its useful, its useless with framerate drop like that. I looked through the mod and I would expect low framerate because it hammers the script engine with complex calculations and then translates 20 lights around in front of the player. Its cool but it could be done different in my opinion.
  15. Every now and then there are some troublesome updates. I think win 7 had one a couple months ago. Its also nice to remove them because some updates are "crapware" like everyone getting the "Update to windows 10" popup.
  16. For Breezes FO3 Males, I would recommend to not install bodysuits because it add 3 items that are unnecessary and ones that you cant really get rid of because of a script. It add one underwear pajamas and 2 nude pajamas. You could add instructions to delete the esp for people that want nonnude options.
  17. build 10158 is when they fixed the fullscreen thing. windows explorer tended to crash a lot losing settings, I am unsure of built 10158 though. Yeah, the updates thing bugs me. That may be a final release thing because they want everyone to have the same updates within a build #. Since this is supposed to be the last OS they may give every feature a separate version # upon release. I haven't seen bing in my face but Im sure I can find it. I dont like it either but then again I search local or Im on a browser. The search is still laggy when it runs the search.
  18. There is this one mod that I never looked at in depth EBD - EveryBody's Different Redone Its one of those, save it for a rain day mods because I can tell it'll take some testing and troubleshooting to get working as intended. Since, DynDoLOD is a thing check out Regional Snow and Ice because even though the textures dont look fantastic, it would be a great addition to a snowy themed game.
  19. MS FINALLY fixed an annoying bug. If you have a application like YouTube in fullscreen mode and switch workstations, the fullscreen'd application will follow. Its a small bug but it was very annoying. As for removing metro apps, you can remove any tile from the start menu but for some reason MS thinks that everyone needs the default calculator or camera, Im a on a bloody desktop that doesnt even have a webcam. and every now and then, this happens At one point I had all the tiles set to small but it seems that they changed. I also dislike the Metro look. It seems lazy and less elegant compared to areo. When the color is black, it doesnt look half bad but its still terrible. I think the reason is because tablets couldnt render the "glass" effect. If I remember correctly, some PCs struggled when it first came out
  20. Its fine as long as it is a new save, if it is an old one then you'll have some invisible weapons and armor. I dont believe that there are any issues with patchers unless there some settings that are reliant on the esp name, the blocklist is a good example.
  21. I moved my install to a different location and everything changed as expected. I didnt have to alter anything other then some LODGen locations
  22. It supposedly does but I have been unsuccessful in getting it to function.
  23. I think its fine as long as its loaded early, any mod that modifies the landscape will override it. A DLC version is probably going to exist in the future
  24. Users that have nvidia, turn AO to quality in the drivers. Everything else is what I have it at. Does FO3 suffer from the deleted nav mesh bug like skyrim does? I can fix a few of them but there are a lot. EDIT: I got the the Rockopolis Rebuilt and saw the warning. when I cleaned ITMS these came up Removing: RockopolisEnt [CELL:00002AEF] (in Wasteland "Wasteland" [WRLD:0000003C] at -26,-7) Removing: GRUP Exterior Cell Sub-Block -1, -4 Removing: GRUP Exterior Cell Block -1, -1 Removing: NukaFridge "Nuka-Cola Fridge" [CONT:000615B2] Im almost positive none of these would cause any sort of crashes. Its probably the plugin itself. EDIT2: It appears that Flora Overhaul is already clean
  25. Hmm, I dont know what you have in the guide but I would not recommend using ENB effects, ENBoost(effects disabled) seems to work fine but the reason to not use ENB is because of AA. MSAA is by far superior to what can be injected for fallout 3. Its not a small difference either. 4x MSAA override app setting, seems to be fine. I think you have it set to 4 in the inis. I dont think there is a difference between the application setting and driver but I set mine at 8x. I turned AO on and set it to quality. MFAA doesnt seem to do anything. I use adaptive vsync (half refresh) because it supresses the massive 1-3 sec stutter and some of the normal vsync stutter, the downside is that it increases mouse lag but I got around that some how.
