Can you remove the warning in xEdit? I thought I had in the past, but perhaps not because I can't figure it out now.

ENB Boost CTD right after Bathesda screen
TechAngel85 replied to Pockets69's question in Post-Processing Support
If it's just ENBoost, then you likely need to install the DX9 Runtimes. -

I agree with Razorsedge. Let's drop the subject and get this thread back on track, please. -
ACCEPTED Natural Eyes (by nevenbridge)
TechAngel85 replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Nevermind... it was added to the compilation. That's why I couldn't find the textures. That notice on the OP needs to be a bit more out there. EDIT: Actually, I'm going to create a pre-fix tag for this to prevent this type of thing in the future. -

I just noticed this mod was missing from the Guide so I've re-added it. -
Stuttering with fresh STEP install - nothing seems to help
TechAngel85 replied to vegtabill's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Your vsync should be enabled in the Skyrim.ini and in enblocal.ini. I'll think some more on this, but I don't think your hardware is the issue. -

Stuttering with fresh STEP install - nothing seems to help
TechAngel85 replied to vegtabill's question in General Skyrim LE Support
First thing is, if from [VOLUMETRICFOG] and down is in your enblocal.ini, delete all of it from those point those. It shouldn't be in there. Set this, ExpandSystemMemoryX64 to false... this, ReservedMemorySizeMb to 256... and this, EnableTemporalAA to false. See if those changes help. -

Can you post your enblocal.ini inside spoiler tags? Also what other mods do you have installed that aren't in STEP?
content
-
ENB Boost CTD right after Bathesda screen
TechAngel85 replied to Pockets69's question in Post-Processing Support
Yep a lot of rouge INI edits in there. Honestly, I would simply start from scratch and don't change anything that isn't in our INI Guides. The INI settings in the Guides have been very well tested so they should be considered the Guides to use over all other information you find on the internet. Not boasting, it's just a simple fact that 100s of man hours have gone into those Guides and figuring everything out. -
ENB Boost CTD right after Bathesda screen
TechAngel85 replied to Pockets69's question in Post-Processing Support
Post your INIs inside spoiler tags. I don't download files from users on here. Just a safety precaution. -
You'll want Vivid to win the smokes and Embers HD to win most the other conflicts. It's far better than what STEP is using now. I think all these addons should be included in the next release of the Guide.

ENB Boost CTD right after Bathesda screen
TechAngel85 replied to Pockets69's question in Post-Processing Support
I had a similar issue from restoring my backup when I install a new drive, but this sounds like missing master issue since the game is actually loading a bit. -
I haven't picked it up yet. Waiting for it to be on a Steam sale, but I still play the first one and quite enjoy it. I don't play it often, because I tend to get lost in it for hours...

Here's the MO Guide. Sounds like you have a lot of rogue parameters and edits to your INIs.

Question: About repatching all the time
TechAngel85 replied to skeltcher's question in General Skyrim LE Support
You can install anything you want and finding out which mods you need patches for will simply be a time consuming hunt of going through all the mods. That's why it's a good idea to know the mods that you'll be adding on top of STEP so you can grab the patches as you see them (so yes, you need those patches for Frostfall). You don't have to re-patch everything simply because your load order changed. Only certain mods will require you to redo all the patches. You can install CBBE, UNP, etc. I would avoid ApachiHair. It's known to have some issues. -

Just keep installing the guide. There will be a mod or two along the way that will not work correctly without other mods that are installed later in the Guide.

I basically have the same CPU and have not noticed the GPU not maxing out, but I'm running a GTX 760 too. Of course I've not really looked for it either. Once I'm up and running again, I can look. My suggestion for the removal of the software was due to the user's listed use of it which can be done with things that should already be installed (ENB and drivers). No need to use a hammer when you can simply use your thumb, so to say. That and it interferes with ENB presets. It's the first thing Boris is going to say...."too much crapware. Can't help you." Haha!

I agree that these textures look out of place amongst the textures in the area these are used.
