  1. They better not be, because I got options.
  2. Am I down for AMB or SRO? I've had AMB in with the hidden textures in my game for a bit yet, but I've been too busy clearing forts and dungeons and visiting Whiterun to even look upon a farmhouse. Hopefully tonight.
  3. This may be an issue again. Note the News article on NMM on the Nexus that includes info about this. I'll look into it.
  4. Automatic Variants and Mod Organizer are a tough beast. We probably ought to write a guide between the two. Reinstall the texture packages you used in AV and rerun it and it should be fixed.
  5. Indeed. Sometimes I wonder why we bother to clean Update.esm at all. It's not like any mod will need to come between Skyrim.esm and Update.esm. Just remembered why we do: deleted navmeshes.
  6. Everything looks in order to me.
  7. Also make sure you haven't accidentally turned on the frame limiter to 10 fps. I set the setting to 60 simply because sometimes I accidentally hit the frame limiter key.
  8. The reason for the extra 6 ITMs in Dawnguard.esm: https://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1476559-cleaning-mods-issue/
  9. Seriously, I recommend installing 2.2.8 for now. We still have a bunch we want to accomplish, and working through it twice will be a great learning experience.
  10. Okay, I loaded this up, and I love it! I vote this for Core, as it fixes that ugly, horrible, nasty, utterly game-breaking seam when going to the Dragonsreach prison of the road to the grass. It doesn't really deviate from vanilla as much as Tech is making out IMO. Our current Whiterun Trellis retexture should override IMO as, even though the AMB is good, I still don't like it with its checkers, as it is the same pattern used around the Jarl's chair in Dragonsreach, and it doesn't make sense. As to the wall thing, I greatly prefer AMB with the moss on top. Most of the time you are walking beside the wall and it seems realistic that way. I can't see how the SRO stones curving is better. Indeed, I think it worse. I do agree with hiding wrslate02.dds (stairs)wrslate02_n.ddswrslatefloor01.dds (stone floor inside Dragonsreach)wrslatefloor01_n.dds
  11. Both are good, but I favor AMB. It is actually closer to vanilla.
  12. Vanilla is better than either from the shots by a long shot.
  13. This is mentioned in the SkyProc Patcher Troubleshooting section in the Third Party Programs tab of the Mod Organizer wiki. It is because Improved Closefaced Helmets.esp is not in the BOSS masterlist. Disable automatic BOSS sorting in Dual Sheath Redux.
  14. I'll have to load this up again, but I think I might not be too keen on the AMB path texture (the road). Looks rather fuzzy in the screenshots.
  15. I don't like the straw roof, door, or rope textures on this mod at all. Indeed, when I loaded it up in-game yesterday, I totally wrote it off simply for that. I loaded up AOF farmhouses as well, and I absolutely hated the outsides for the overuse of cracks in the wood. Sure it is realistic to have cracks, but the same cracks are everywhere! Some of the AOF inside textures looked good. AMB insides are generally very nice, but I really am not too keen on that floor texture.
  16. Besides knowing which optionals you installed...
  17. Rename is good also if you want to separate optional files.
  18. I know I really didn't like this mod when I tried it.
  19. Use the Sheson memory patch (either SSME or Script Extender 1.7 alpha)
  20. Did the preset make bad changes to your enblocal.ini?
  21. What do ya'll think? Do test in-game coc qasmoke
