Did you test your STEP before adding those mods? Particle Patch .esp should be disabled, ELFX Exteriors .esp should be disabled, EnhancedlightsandFX.esp should be disabled, ELFX Fises .esp should be disabled, ELFX Ragged Flagoon Fix .esp should be disabled. You have not followed the STEP Guide in the first place. There is a very large number of mods you have added to the guide. Some may conflict with the STEP Patches.

Loot updated 0.22.3 - 2023-12-06 Fixed LOOT no longer displays an error for Skyrim Special Edition light plugins that have a header version of 1.71 or greater and which contain records with object IDs less than 0x800. Such plugins were introduced with Skyrim Special Edition v1.6.1130.0. Via libloot. LOOT will now display an error for Fallout 4 light plugins that have a header version less than 1.0 and which contain records with object IDs less than 0x800. Via libloot. Changed Updated libloot to v0.22.3.

Good day good STEP-people! So we had a game update and there will be some problem follow the guide as is. - SKSE is updated. According to ianpatt on Nexus SKSE page BGS will update the game again soon so no hurry updating/reinstalling stuff. - The game update has caused some issues with SkyUI (same post on Nexus SKSE page as above) I am in the middle off an actuall playtrough so i will wait with the updates.
