  1. In the meantime, it seems okay to run SLSR with the SS patch, both overriding VLC, as that's how I have been running it. We've had only one report about landscape-related problems so far, and I haven't investigated it yet. If that is related to SLSR, then it would change things.
  2. Using the guide recommended setting for grass density (60), DynDOLODGrassMode=1, BethINI High/Ultra preset? I lose around 20 FPS from DynDOLOD output, but not sure how much of that is from having grass LOD enabled. Probably half-ish.
  3. I hadn't realized that change was made to SS Patches mod. My inclination is to revert that change, as that's how I'm running it. I'll take a look later this evening.
  4. MIC allows clicking on anything with the pointer while in the console, which can be further explored using other keys. See the Nexus Description for details. Also see the DynDOLOD Support page for tips, troubleshooting, and possible fixes.
  5. Moved to DynDOLOD/xLODGen support. Use MIC to identify the problem meshes and get a screenshot of the MIC output, and also read the DynDOLOD OP for logs needed.
  6. We don't include such instructions, because it's an edge case. Very few people will encounter this problem, and if they do, they will either post for help or find the solution themselves on the Nexus mod page (as you did). There's hundreds if not thousands of little things like this that we don't mention, because to do so would add a massive amount of instructions that would then need to be maintained for accuracy in case something changes.
  7. Please read my previous post, and reply to that as well. Nobody should be using the MO Downloads tab wile installing mods. It just works.
  8. Test if it's LOD by using the tll console command to toggle LOD off/on from a position where you can see this issue.
  9. I already pinged @TechAngel85 previously about this, but he must've missed it. SLSR is still in the modlist, because only that mod provides a patch for Smooth Shores. VLC needs a SS patch in order to drop SLSR. I don't patch landscape records, because this work usually needs to be done in the CK.
  10. That's the new version, 2.3 beta. As I mentioned, it could be do an outdated dependency like .NETCoreApp v7.0 --> 8.0
  11. EnableSunGlare=false OOtB for the Step ENB. It's not expected to be used. Even so, it's best to remove bloat, so this will be addressed. Thanks
  12. What pointed you to QuickLoot EE as a potential problem?
  13. The applicable record is 0D0755, and AYOP - College of Winderhold.esp wins, so the AYOP script should also win. Hiding the EBQO script would be the best solution for 2.3, since it only requires a small modification to the instructions rather than a change in install order. There's a number of additional quest record conflicts that EBQO wins over AYOP - Companions. The AYOP MA recommends that AYOP 'wins' all conflicts with EBQO, but evidently, LOOT disagrees. I tried manually rearranging, but LOOT reverts, so it's no arbitrary. I honestly am not familiar enough with most of the quests involved to be the judge. I must defer to @TechAngel85 and others with recent experience or general familiarity with the conflicting quests and how they work (or don't work) in vanilla. Here's the records that need a review: 01CEF4 (AYOP references a "not found" quest alias on this one) 01CEF5 01CEF6 04B2D9 (currently in the Step Patch) 06E803 0D19B9 (currently in the Step Patch)
  14. The link will appear on the SkyrimSE Home page on the wiki when it's released.
  15. I had already fixed this by removing reference to the "dried blood" version. We probably should add some instruction for when we are linking to an archived version of the mod, since it cannot be seen without going to the wiki mod page, which many people probably don't do when reading the instructions from the mod tables in the guide.
  16. It's not clear how you had to 'backtrack'. Please elaborate. Don't assume and create your own instructions. Follow the guide exactly. If something doesn't make sense, let us know. Guessing will lead to problems. Backing up the game and relevant files is discussed in the SSG in Step 1. We hope people will extrapolate. Also, we do mention this in that section of the guide: That said, the intro could be reworked a bit to clarify. Again, the SSG explicitly mentions the importance of setting up MO with Nexus:
  17. Check that you aren't pointing your xEdit or some other app output into your SKSE mod (review config of your MO executables). Otherwise, this was probably mistakenly done by you at some point. There's probably lots of ways it could happen, but it would be human error. That's very likely one possible reason. If you have things like this, there's bound to be more strangeness. Strange things can also happen if you have files in MO Overwrite, and send them to a mod, but accidentally select the wrong mod (and never noticed it). This is one reason why we recommend sending SKSE output into the SKSE64 Output mod and xEdit into xEdit Output mod, etc.
  18. Quality is independent for each LOD level, so just follow the examples everywhere exactly ... except for where it isn't possible, in which case, it's a mistake on our part (so please let us know).
  19. I'm expecting this mod to get an update for 1130+ soon-ish, so eval of this and other dependencies will be on hold until that time. It's likely that an update to this mod will simplify the relatively long list of dependencies and simplify the current assortment of mods associated with this mod.
  20. Discussion topic: I'm Walkin' Here NG with Pets by Ryan, VersuchDrei, golovatris Wiki Link Expands upon I'm walkin' here NG to allow pets. A potential replacement for that mod.
  21. That's a different mod, but worth a look as a replacement.
  22. Yes, the OOtB settings seem fine, IMO.
  23. Maybe it will work for you, but it's unnecessary for me, so it would be useful if you could show us what you have for 00009BB5
  24. Wait, you are using CS, so never mind. It may be your CS setup in that case So look at 00009BB5 in xEdit
