  1. USLEEP 3.01 has been released. :-) A number of regressions from the merge have been fixed, as well as a ton of other bugs. Pretty big changelog.
  2. Try moving the whole folder that is in overwrite to the Fuz mod, not just the .ini file. And you're correct, you don't need to re-run LOOT or patches unless you change the load order or installed mods.
  3. FYI, Simple Drop Lit Torches is being tested as a replacement for SM Drop Lit Torches in STEP. It's more up-to-date and there seems to be more functionality.
  4. You can add it with no issues. Make sure you also get the Clams Drop Pearls patch.
  5. Also worth noting is that USLEEP 3.01 is just around the corner. Beta has been available since Jan 30. See here for changelog and download. It's a pretty big changelog, with a lot of regressions from the merge fixed, along with a ton of the normal types of bugs they catch. It might be worth including any forwards from the new USLEEP version if the patches need to get updated again. Edit: Note that the changelog in the forum post is incomplete (but it has most items). The official changelog is more recently updated.
  6. Contact the author. Distribution of an author's mod against his wishes is against the rules (and plain wrong).
  7. I have one thought...are you running any patches from section N before you start the game? I don't think XP32 will work without FNIS.
  8. I think it is just a reminder to make sure it is enabled. It makes sense to me that it would already have been enabled. You should be fine.
  9. Yeah, that's the beauty of MO. It uses a virtual Skyrim data directory, and keeps every mod in it's own folder so nothing ever gets overwritten. You shouldn't have to re-do the bashed patch, as it wasn't affected, and you didn't change any mods.
  10. You will have to remove the STEP Compilation and re-install it. Easiest way is to find the STEP Compilation in the left pane, right click and remove. Then go to the right pane, click downloads tab, and re-install. You may have to re-do DynDOLOD. I have never had anything other than DynDOLOD pop up in the save dialogue when exiting TES5Edit with the procedure. Make sure you have the DynDOLOD plugin selected when you right click to apply script. It could be as simple as you inadvertently made a change to the STEP patch after you finished the procedure, but I don't know. If you are going to re-do DynDOLOD: Remove the everything to do with DynDOLOD (the main DynDOLOD mod and the two output mods you created). Find the output folders in Windows Explorer and delete their contents. Go into TES5Edit in Windows Explorer, and find the DynDOLOD cache folder. Delete everything in the cache. Then re-install DynDOLOD and do the process again. Only difference is the scripts are still in TES5Edit since you didn't touch that. The full instructions are in the DynDOLOD manual, but I'm going from memory.
  11. Yeah, you are supposed to follow the steps exactly in the procedure. The script should be called DynDOLOD TexGen. Adding the TES5Edit files from Step 2 of the Installation procedure should have made that script appear when you next ran TES5Edit. Try looking through the procedure again, but this time follow the screenshots. Every step has an accompanying screenshot...if it doesn't jive with what you are seeing, it's possible you missed a step along the way.
  12. It looks like that is exactly what it does, DY:
  13. I'm not sure if this is relevant, but try disabling the Steam beta, if you are signed up for it. See here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/9962-performance-issues-after-sleep-mode-windows-updates-overnight/
  14. Hi Spartanary, welcome to STEP. I believe you may have missed part of the installation process for DynDOLOD. Specifically, I think it may be Step 2 here: https://wiki.step-project.com/Dynamic_Distant_Objects_LOD#Installation
  15. The best guides for both of those two games, IMO, are both hosted here at STEP. Fallout 3 - Clear and Present Danger: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Kelmych/Fallout3 Fallout New Vegas - Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:EssArrBee/FalloutNewVegas
  16. Nice detective work, Grant! I wasn't aware that the TexGen script would default a safe output path. Sheson thought ahead. Anyway, hopefully with more info OP's issue can get resolved.
  17. Different output paths, Grant. DynDOLOD TexGen (first part of running DynDOLOD) has no UI, that is what relies on the output path set in MO for TES5Edit. DynDOLOD Worlds (second part) is the one with the UI. It's output path can, and should be different.
  18. Weird. Yeah, I was surprised to see this accepted as well.
  19. Have you tried deleting and re-downloading TES5Edit? Maybe it somehow got corrupted.
  20. Looks like the v1.2 of the Standard Textures got uploaded! :-)
  21. With the quotation marks? They are required. Slashes pointing the right way, as listed above? Only other possibility I can think is maybe a permissions issue. I'm not sure whether that would show a different error, though.
  22. Fourthed? Quad something or other? Bah, I'll just say I agree.
  23. WAF has been updated (thanks Kryptopyr! :-) ), and this is included.
