Possible, but it would be odd if it were. That would me the entire cell is the wrong color. I suppose that could happen during a mod's develop.

I don't see it being an issue either. BSAs are going to load before anything else so it's basically just a foundation for the Sound mod group. Regarding the legal issues, that is something the community sort of came to a conclusion on their own with no formal legal knowledge or input. It stems from the files being ripped from the PS4 version of the game and the EULA saying something about not being able to use files across platforms. I never understood why the community really focused in on that and disregarded all the other things people are doing that also seems to break the EULA. Fact of the matter is, it's all Bethesda owned files and if they really wanted it down they would have done something by now. Bethesda is fairly relaxed when it comes to modding their games and its EULAs. About the only thing you could do that they would come after you for is selling your mods; especially since they have their own platform for that now.- 5 replies

I think this mod is a no-go for a Guide. It's nice and I like the result. However, it's too performance heavy. Drops on my system can be up to 20FPS, even with the extra performance option enabled. Removing it from consideration.

That one will take some work, but what are your thoughts on these: apartment vs flat car windshield vs windscreen cookie vs biscuit french fries vs chips gasoline vs petrol ...the unnecessary "u" in words (armor vs armour) ...what cigarettes are referred to over there is considered hateful language here and might start a fight

Yes, those mods change the look. The rain ripple is a texture that can be changed.

...and even those are not true representations. The corn and tomatoes we have today have gone through heavy selective breeding to make the variants we have today. The closest you can find to the old world varieties are heirlooms. I only grow heirlooms in my garden. The Cherokee Purple tomatoes that I grow wouldn't be everyone's 'cup of tea', since most are so used to the Beef Steak tomatoes that are most commonly found in stores.

Honestly, I don't think most have any issue with legal immigration here. Being from the "South" (really mid-west, but people like to claim Oklahoma as "the South"), I hear border this border that all the time. Mostly people just want to stop any and all illegal immigration from the Southern border. The rhetoric that you hear on TV from the news stations and politicians is heavily skewed; most US media is that way. It's sad since most of the world knows "America" from those sources, but that is not an actual representation of how most Americans feel. It's like they find the worst 3% of the population and give them a bullhorn.

Discussion topic: Quasar Career Solutions by TechAngel85 Wiki Link Testing This can be tested against Better Backgrounds. This mod is modular so it can be installed for a variety of setups. This mod is aimed more toward " vanilla correction" for the Starting Skills based on Background descriptions, dialogue options, and logical assumptions when those fail to be enough. A Background overhaul that includes a reevaluation of the Starting Skills to align them better with provided references for each Background, added Buffs as incentives to keep players aligned with their chosen Background, and new 'specialty' Backgrounds that provide a "leg up" over their vanilla counterparts.

This one seems cool, but I would say rides the line (and sometimes crosses it) of whether or not it fits Mandate. For example, the ability to mine various ores just anywhere doesn't even logically make sense. It may be convenient, but you can't just sit down anywhere and expect to find any ore you desire. It could easily be argued Bethesda meant for you to have various outposts for different various purposes. 1) Starfield, like Fallout, can pretty easily be grounded in mostly what we'd expect in real life. Therefore, having various mining locations for various ores does make sense. 2) Multiple outpost extends the "life" of the game, in theory, since players would need to visit each location, periodically. There is also the obvious admitting that the author "created lore" for the flora farming. From a personal standpoint, I think I would probably like the mod. From Step's standpoint, I question if it's too far beyond what mandate allows. I know the mod isn't marked for testing, but wanted to explain my view from both sides.- 2 replies

It's probably worth adding to testing and removing Oakwood. No one seemed to like Oakwood since it's basically just a visual place and add no real value.
