Vulgar1 Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Can I get a list of STEP options that would be chosen if one were to forego the "STEP Users Option" and instead choose to follow the "Custom Installation" prompts?I'd really appreciate it.
TechAngel85 Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 I'll name the folder names for those of you using WB:090 Moss Rocks110 Suped-Up Stalhrim130 Terrain Bump
Vulgar1 Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 (edited) Hmm, that's it. Cool thanks. And what about Moss Rock DB? I know it's from another author but is it being dropped?I merged the .esp's and texture/meshes folders with no problems. Is it redundant? Edited May 13, 2015 by Vulgar1
Guest Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Tech, I don't know what to say to the latest comment on the mod page by archer. It just will not compute in my sleep deprived mind. Haha. By the way, does that folder rename mean another update? Lol. I also keep thinking "WB" means Warner Brothers, even though I know what it means.

So what do you select if you have legendary Skyrim and Falskaar?
Guest Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 (edited) I don't know, that is why I was asking Tech. I just make the mods'. ;-) Edited May 13, 2015 by Guest
TechAngel85 Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 Moss Rocks DB is not being dropped so you can still install it. As for legendary and falskaar, that is my mistake in the FOMOD...Not enough sleep the last couple days. I'll fix it when I get home.
Guest Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 I added two issues to the bug tracker to help you out a bit Tech. I know the feeling well, I am sure my body hates sleep. I can feel amazingly tired, but still no dice at times.
TechAngel85 Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Fixed version is up. Got to say that I love the new Bug Reports feature! It has a lot of info for the users that I would not have thought it would have.
oqhansoloqo Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Better Dynamic SnowAdded SMIM option for main files- Users that also use SMIM should reinstall with the new option.- This removes any need of managing asset conflicts between BDS and SMIM and also allows more freedom with mod order (not to be confused with plugin order). This is nice, prior to this I was installing the RF two times. One time with STEP options. The other time with only BDS selected. The reason I had to do this was to keep the BDS files loaded before SMIM, but keep the STEP portion in its proper spot. Now that's not necessary. I still need to install it twice, but now I can just merge the second installation into the first and put it all into the proper STEP load order location. I noticed a completely new mod included in the package - "Grasias Fixas". Who here has decided to make use of this mod, and why? Also, what about the "Red Mountain Particle Plume" - is that one worth installing? I ask this because neither are said to be part of STEP.
Kelmych Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 You find information on Grassias Fixas in this thread. You'll find the search function on the forums is quite useful in finding posts on topics, especially when the topic has an unusual spelling.
Guest Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 I have also changed my mind for now about the bug report feature. Although no one actually posted in the tab itself, it is not too bad. I was expectating vandalism, or people listing bugs in it that were not actually bugs. @oqhansoloqo If you want to try any other mod in this collection out and you like it or whatever, just open a thread so it can eventually be tested. Tech has said he wanted to look into some of the mods furher, but is a bit busy doing the usual STEP stuff; which is understandable.
oqhansoloqo Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Sounds like I should just wait for the Grasias Fixas part to eventually be included in STEP... I couldn't find any info on the Red Mountain Particle Plume in the STEP forums, and I'd have issues trying to test it because I don't even know where to find this visual in Skyrim... If it's in Solsteim, well,... I've never actually been there in this Elder Scrolls game, and don't know how to teleport there using the console commands.
TechAngel85 Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 Grassias Fixas probably won't be added to STEP because the mesh fixes do not okay nice with the STEP textures.
Guest Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 They do if I spend 5 minutes making them compatible. I could have a go this weekend or something, if you want me to that is? If there is still no way, just tell me. There has not been a consensus yet anyway, the mod needs to be reviewed here first IMO. A lot of members in the test thread seemed to like the texture changes. The volcano is pretty much visible from anywhere in Solsteim. Just hop of the boat from Windhelm and walk right, along the coast. Or... tfc into the air.
