Back to this mod - it's no longer on the Nexus. Why? Turns out that the uploader is an alt. account of the original (banned) author, not a friend who got permission to reupload. Proof As for why the original author was banned in the first place - he used multiple accounts to induce endorsement fraud. Even through his mods were listed on G.E.M.S, which would pretty much ensure some measure of popularity. Welp, for doing that, he's forever going to be known as an big idiot.

[SOLVED] Dual Sheath Redux Patch Fails
WilliamImm replied to joshkes's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Either that, or use the Userlist Manager to override both the Unofficial Skyrim Patch and the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch to load after Update.esm and Dawnguard.esm. -
SkulldozeR, does Grim and Somber work well with CoT+Weather Patch and ELFX with/wo Enchancer? If so, then I'd be strongly inclined to try that ENB - seems to be really well made.

DROPPED Unofficial Skyrim Patch (by Unofficial Patch Project Team)
WilliamImm replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I'm not so sure - none of the mods mentioned to cause issues were tested. I did bring it up on the forum there, but I'd really like for that to turn out well before I even think about upgrading my game. -
The most ridiculous mods
WilliamImm replied to Octopuss's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
Boy, browsing the Recent Files can be fun sometime. How about Heimskr as a follower? No, really. That Heimskr. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51162 -
DROPPED Unofficial Skyrim Patch (by Unofficial Patch Project Team)
WilliamImm replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
...fail all around. I'm seriously considering packaging up the hotfix for this into a separate package. Sense of urgency there, completely missing. -
I think I'll be using this mod in the future - this is leaps and bounds ahead of vanilla (and SRO).

ACCEPTED aMidianBorn Blade of Woe (by CaBaL120)
WilliamImm replied to tomtomtommy's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
MORE!!! No, seriously, even though I've never actually gotten the Blade in-game, I'd use this mod because... well, I'll use any weapon/armor related retexture from CaBaL without thinking. I realize that this would need a Dual Sheath Redux path, due to having an altered Blade of Woe mesh. -
DROPPED Elven Weapons for Silence (by Erlioniel)
WilliamImm replied to TechAngel85's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I don't think CaBaL has covered the elven weapons yet, unless there's something I'm missing. -
SKYRIMLE Height Adjusted Races with True Giants (by EvilDeadAsh34)
WilliamImm replied to Lumaan's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Anything that adjusts the race records of the vanilla races. I can't give you a full list, because if you were going to use a mod like this, you would check with TES5Edit for racial conflicts. -
Why Elder Scrolls Online fails to Deliver (for me)
WilliamImm replied to Uhuru's topic in General Game Discussion
Eh, while I am seeing this product being a failure, I'm not too worried that this will take out Bethesda along with it. The game's being developed by a seperate wing of Zenimax (Zenimax Online), rather than Bethesda themselves. And Zeni has a good number of other studios under it (including id Software and Tango Gameworks, Shinji Mikami's new studio being two others they have). -
Well, roots, let's actually do the tests without Better Circlets just to see if that's hindering this mod. You up to it?
-
Actually, no. You can click on the screenshots to zoom them in and look at them closer.
-
For completion's sake, shouldn't you do a comparison with just Better Circlets and True Circlet Gems? Maybe that would look better than BC with New Jewels. EDIT: Added to OP. I'm seriously wondering why z92 didn't mention that combo.

DROPPED 26 Moon Size Tweeks (by akindain)
WilliamImm replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
...whoops, I meant that it was on the same day as my birthday (11-22), not that 11-22-11 is my birthdate. I'm not a pod person, honest! -
CTD and Performance patch ENBoost (by Boris Vorontsov)
WilliamImm replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
TES5Edit can really help in this instance. -
Now all it needs is a MCM menu to customize the size of the moons (in a semi-similiar vein to Moon Size Tweaks), and it would be perfectly perfect.

DROPPED 26 Moon Size Tweeks (by akindain)
WilliamImm replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
A little late, but I just realized that this mod was initially released right on my birthday (11-22-11). Funny little thing... -
SKYRIMLE Unofficial Patch - Remove Mirmulnir Audio (by Badmagic)
WilliamImm replied to DoubleYou's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
There are quite a few examples of dragons speaking, both in Draconic and English, in the game. EG: Alduin resurrecting Sahloknir during A Blade In the Dark, nearly everything involving Paarthurnax... yes, stuff like that. Also, Mirmunlir's speech appearing even when subtitles implies that his dialog was meant to be uniquly voice, but something happened that prevented the final voice from appearing. And the voice the USKP chose... well, it does the job, it does sound quite a fair bit like the other dragons in the game, so I have no problems with it being used. Really, this is "to each your own" - if the USKP voice for Mirmunlir distracts you, you can remove the voice files from the USKP and just have the roars (though you might be confused if you have subtitles on). For people who don't mind the voice, then I would leave it alone. To be honest, I was even fooled with the added Mirmunlir voice - I thought the whole thing was in the vanilla game to begin with. Besides, the unofficial patches are meant to blend in with the game, right? -
SKYRIMLE Unofficial Patch - Remove Mirmulnir Audio (by Badmagic)
WilliamImm replied to DoubleYou's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
After a bit of TES5Edit checking, I can confirm that Mirmulnir's lines were defined in Skyrim.esm. Including the infamous "Dovakhin? No!!". (FormID 000BCF14 if you are curious). So yes, Mirmulnir really was going to say that line, but Bethesda forgot to pack the voice files (or record Mirmulnir's lines), so the USKP team had to get another VA to do them. EDIT: Yes, the voice files for Mirmulnir's special lines exist in the Voices BSA, but here's a perfectly accurate transcription of each and every one of them (thanks to the magic of Unfuzer): ROAAARRRRRR!!! A user on the comments page for this mod claimed that Bethesda added in official voice acting for this - clearly not true, no voice files exist in Update.bsa, and the ones that I extracted from the Voice.bsa (latest official patch) were all generic dragon roars, as I've just proven. Listening to the USKP versions of the voice, yes, they do leave a bit to be desired, but you wouldn't notice them very much in-game, and it's not horrible - it still sounds like the other dragons in-game when they speak. -
Yes. Hell yes. This really does help alleviate the constant problem in the Elder Scrolls games in which you can accidentally take a fork while trying to talk to someone and have the whole town calling for your blood. By blocking stealing unless you actually are intending to, this really does improve the experience.

SKYRIMLE Unofficial Patch - Remove Mirmulnir Audio (by Badmagic)
WilliamImm replied to DoubleYou's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
...and here I thought it was in the game to begin with. *laughs* Turns out the USKP added them because Mirmulnir's audio was completely missing for some reason (it was defined in the game, yet no actual voice was provided for him). Yes, I'm betting even the "Dovakhiin? Nooooo!" was defined in Skyrim.esm. -
I can't tell much from just the exception name - only thing I could tell is something accessed some array out of bounds. Can I see the stack trace? Sent from my Optimus G using Tapatalk

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback
WilliamImm replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Relating to Neo having issues with Bash Patching WAF Complete Plus - I've encountered those issues too with the Complete Plus version, but earlier. My suggestion was for kryptopyr to make an "all optionals" version that would be sorted around where the WAF True Orchsh ESP was (which worked for me before). -
DROPPED Shield of Ysgramor (by k-xperience)
WilliamImm replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
...I doubt it. Through a comparison between this, CaBaL's and vanilla would help.
