Eplebit Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 First of all I want to congratulate Mangaclub on an outstanding ENB. Installed it as part of SR: LE and it looks fantastic. But I wondered if it was possible to include a version of ELE that has the changes from USKP included? :) Trying to do the conflict resolution part of the SR: LE and there are sooooo many fixes that are because of the included ELE doesn't have the unofficial patches...
Nearox Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Well you could always just download the provided esp :)
Mangaclub Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 @Eplebiti dont think so that i can do this at the moment. Would need a permission for this from the authors and i am not sure what they actually do that influences ELE. But ill keep that in mind, didnt know there where incompatibilities. So guys, heads up! a new version got released with huuuuge changes. Special thanks for Aiyen and the new 1 FPS DoF shader wich is incredible! 6.02 Vivid / 5.62 VanillaNew:- Massivley worked on Vividians CoT and Vanilla Weatherpatch. So massive that we overwrite the COT Weatherpatch completely and therefore it willnot be required anymore. All you need now is our CoT weather patch and ofcourse the base Climates of Tamriel install. Please uninstall every COT Weatherpatch from prod80.- Added Aiyens new High performance Dynamic DoF shader wich is equal in its effect to our base DoF but only drags about 1 FPS instead of 6 and more! Even in Interiors. Try it out.- Added Nighteye Options to the Vivid version. You can find them in the enbeffect.fx tab of the ENB shader window.- Changed the Extended Groundfogs for CoT. Now all extra Fog particle effects are available in the Extended Groundfogs. The base vividian CoT weather patch got no extra Particle Fog effects at default. So if you had the CoT Weather patch - Fog edition installed by prod80, you will need to install the extended Weathers/extended Groundfogs to renable them. Be carefully those effectsare still FPS hungry.Enhanced:- Enhanced Skyrim DoF and Distant fog effects to all CoT, Vanilla and Pure weather Patches. As a result You have a better view in the Distance and Cloud shadows wont get eaten up by the distant Fog.- Enhanced All weathers and special effects.- Enhanced the extenden Groundfog texture (desaturation)- Enhanced SunspriteFixed:- Fixed Specular power values on many weathers. No more so noticeable Shining eyebrows, even though i still wonder why someone adds a specular map to eyebrows....- Fixed ELE RS Color plugin because the basic one from JawZ go too warm light.- Fixed wrong Actor/Children Subsurface Scattering by removing the files from the SSS archive.- Changed some installer stuff.- Tons of small fixesUpdated:- Updated all Extended weathers to work together with the latest Weather patches. Load order: Vividian Weather patch first, then extended weathers.- Updated Pure weather Patches and Extended weathers to be compatible with the latest Pure weather version 1.9- Updated Pure weather Weathers to suite the changes made with version 1.9
Nearox Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 (edited) Totally awesome once again! Now DoF might even be an option for us performance users :) Edited August 20, 2014 by Nearox
darkside Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 Need to try when I can get my laptop up and running.
Shadriss Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 (edited) Question Magna: Installed the new version. Nice new setup you have in the installer, but not sure it's working. Why? Two files I have from the previous install are no longer there: ELE Plugin - RS Light Color.esp and Vividian Pure Weather Patch.esp. Since I have the RS color coreection patch checking in the install, I'm assuming the former SHOULD be there, and since I have the Pure Weathers checkbox ticked, the latter should still be there as well. I have tried the install twice to be certain, and yeah, not there at all. Unless, of course, these are all wrapped up in the new versions of the .ESPs? Your Ancient Wisdom Is Needed. Mangaclub Posted August 21, 2014 Author Posted August 21, 2014 (edited) Shadriss:Thats Strange, he indeed tells me he did not found the RS lighting plugin but the Real Weather plugin installs Just fine here.I'll investigate in that. Nearox: indeed, just make sure you enable DoF in the Effects. Have it still disabled as i do not know how it affects users with not that highend Rigs, feedback is welcome :D Edit: Just found the reason why the RS plugins did not get installed. Uploaded a fixed version just now to the nexus.Cant see why the Real eather patch wont get installed though. Works fine herw with MO and NMM as soon i check the Pure weather option... Shadriss Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 I also installed the extended weathers patch for Pure Weathers... the wouldn't somehow alter or overwrite the base file would it? IE - Installer sees the base version, deletes it, then installs the extended weathers version?
Mangaclub Posted August 21, 2014 Author Posted August 21, 2014 No thats not happening. Sorry cant understand why it doesnt install for you :/ seems you must drag it from the archive itself and do a manual install on that esp file. its in the Required Files and Presets Drawer.
Shadriss Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 Not a problem. Where would the other file be? The RS Patch one? NM... if it's in the archive, I'll find it.
Astakos Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 @Shadriss If you are using MO 1.2.10, there have been some issues with the FOMMOD installer plugin. Tannin released a bug-fixed version a while ago.Perhaps by installing the updated dll might be the solution to your problem.
Shadriss Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 Thanks for that Ast - I only d-loaded the update yesterday or the day before, so that's a likely candidate. I have pulled the Weathers patch out, so that's not a problem, but the RS Color Patch is nowhere to be found in the download. Oversight? Also, to my original question from a day or two ago, I haven't seen ANY godrays since my COT uninstall. That's after a reinstall of Vividian. When you say to make sure the 'Vividian' weathers are installed, are we talking the Extended Weathers add on, or the "Vanilla Weathers Patch", which as far as I can tell I shouldn't be using because I use Pure Weathers?
Mangaclub Posted August 22, 2014 Author Posted August 22, 2014 Could it be that You have a Faulty download from the nexus?Anyhow here are some directlinks:https://www.dropbox.com/s/1d1a3e5pjk0lowb/ELE%20Plugin%20-%20RS%20Light%20Color.esphttps://www.dropbox.com/s/nnjpv97gdsosdub/Vividian%20-%20Pure%20Weather%20Patch.esp No idea though about that Volumetric rays. They are all there, and visible especially during cloudy weathers. They are a direct feature of the enb. So now other patches are required on them. YOu can test them out by opening the console and typing in:sw 10e1f1your weather will then slowly fade into a cloudy one with lots of Godrays.
Shadriss Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 (edited) I'll test that out - I remember the first time I walked into Whiterun after installing this they were everywhere. I run a mod that adds a lot of stuffs to Whiterun, including a large number of trees, and the Godrays were just amazing. Maybe I just lucked out the first day in. EDIT: They're there. Just been real unlucky in weathers and placements, I guess. Now to figure out what happened to the RS Color Patch, though from the look of it ingame, I'm not sure it's really needed anyway... colors look right to me. Edited August 22, 2014 by Shadriss
iamgregor Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 I installed Vividian as recommended by the Legendary skyrim revisited guide, but everything is WAY TOO DARK. I can't see anything except in full daylight. I tried really hard to adjust gamma settings or anything else, but none of it worked. As far as I can tell, the only ingame ENB setting I can change is "brightness" under color correction. Everything else didn't work at all and the gamma is locked at 1 (can't go below). I had to use a different ENB, but it's not as nice (other than I can see). I thought I saw some advice on how to fix that, but I can't find it now. Any ideas?
