I think the vanilla handily wins out. Looks like skunky rushed on the tanning rack.

Not much of a difference between the two mods, but the HD retxtures fixes a blurry spot (specifically, on the left leg). Guess it works, but will you really spend that much time looking at a torture rack? It's a very minor change.

wanted Installing ASIS and SkyRe with some additional stuff
WilliamImm replied to Iroha's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Immersive Weapons should be loaded before SkyRe, and it is already is. Perhaps you meant loading it after SkyRe? In that case, IW should be before SkyRe in load order. -
ACCEPTED aMidianBorn Book of Silence (by CaBaL)
WilliamImm replied to EisDrache's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
It must say something about the quality of the work if I'm using it as a resource as a resource for a ceramics project. Anyway, CaBaL has uploaded a retexture of the Nordic Carved armor set from Dragonborn a few days ago. Going to be intergrated into the Book of Silence later, but worth mentioning anyway. -

Why don't you recommend checking the "spells" box? Because that was an really old post that was made before I saw the recommendations of the SkyRe guide. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2 -
I've programmed C# before, so this would be a good field for me. I also have access to Mod Organizer, which I can use to test the installer. You meant Soul Gems Differ, right? Dual Sheath would be much simpler to make a BAIN/FOMOD combo for.

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback
WilliamImm replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
So... what do we do for the Khajiit in the mean time? For the male textures, I think we can get away with using the Better Male textures (they look really close to the Better Beast Race used versions) - as for females, using the default (non Coverkhajiit) hotfix for them would work fine, unless you really want to use JazzJr's textures. Would like to see a version of the UNP hotfix based off of the Better Beast Races textures, however. -

Speaking of mod authors getting banned - no less than a day after Turbosnowy's ban Jason2112 (the author of ATTK) has been as well. I really got suspicious with him once I read MooKittyBonnie's comments, but blatantly lying about an interaction between the top man of the Nexus and him would be the final nail for him. (For the record, this is the post in question). And paying for a set of simple AutoHotKey and WShell scripts? No sell. Monty doesn't recommend the mod, and neither would I. As for the Blood Barrels revival - I'm currently deciding between if the barrels should be treated as regular containers (like Turbosnowy's original implantation) or if they should be more complex - like having the mod allow you to fill a blood potion once or twice per day using one of the blood barrels. Any other ideas? -
That's a good find, PCG4m3r. Just out of curiosity, what do you use in your system? I ask because I only use a Radeon HD 6870 with 1 GB VRAM for graphics, and I was wondering if that would saddle me down too much.

Actually, it's mentioned. The detailed instructions ask you to install the patch in question. BTW: PM z929669 on the Nexus to get the shiny mod author badge. Just to make sure you aren't a Carnage doppelganger.

Think FMO is hidden when the authors are doing a major update to the mod. -

You should merge the patches in almost all cases. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2 -

WilliamImm replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
I think you installed the patches as seperate mods - as the files are all of the same mod, I think MO is getting confused. Try installing the files as all one mod. The update was to correct a small issue in the main file - so none of the other files have been updated. -

Turbosnowy, the author of Blood Barrels for Vampires, has just been banned for uploading ripped content. All his files have been removed, including said mod. However, this mod is something that I can recreate very easily, so not all is lost. -
ACCEPTED Weapon and Armor Fixes (by kryptopyr)
WilliamImm replied to WilliamImm's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Great work, krypyolyr. I may even go and show this to the author of SkyRe (who I have assisted before - the BAIN wizard in 1.2 was my creation) for integrating the fixes provided by this mod. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2 -

Yes, very much so. You can only use one or the other. -
SKYRIMLE Belt-Fastened Quivers - Skeleton Replacer
WilliamImm replied to darthbdaman's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
The only thing that concerns me is how the mod interacts with Closer Quivers. Does that mod still work? Otherwise, that's a fairly obvious addition. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2 -
Looks good. For the more VRAM starved of us, you should consider a 1k version as well - DDSopt helps a lot. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

Bethesda stops Skyrim Development

I remember seeing playable werebear mods soon after the release of Dragonborn - don't know the names, but they are there. -

WilliamImm replied to Iroha's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Technically, Apocalypse will work, it's just that magicka costs and damages will be differnt from the SkyRe baseline and there might be duplicate spells. As for qotsafan, he's updating his patchers (or at least his stats.xml), and should be ready soon. -
ACCEPTED aMidianBorn Book of Silence (by CaBaL)
WilliamImm replied to EisDrache's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
When the page was updated, I followed Neovalen's recommendations for the mod - he recomeneded the gray version of the wolf armor be used. That's why. -
Well, then it's going to be a busy weekend for me if I'm the only one testing this. Guess we should start testing with Cestral's recommendations, then with the other textures. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

Isn't Neo also a trusted member of the community? Think his recommendations for this mod are based on Central. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

Yes, I meant the Creation Kit, when I said CK.
