SKYRIMLE Craft and Purchase Bolts and Crossbows by Elenear
WilliamImm replied to rootsrat's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Great. I'd probably put them in the leveled lists as well. Makes no sense why they aren't as common as bows. Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2 -
There's a TES5Edit script to do so, search for "Merge plugins TES5Edit script" on the Nexus for it. Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2

Haaaugh.... not really. At least, not when I'm struggling with ILS problems.

It would also be worth considering 83Willows Whiter Teeth as a replacer for the werewolf, orc, and beast race teeth. I've been using both that and this mod and it does look quite good. Plus, teeth would be whiter anyway in a pseudo-medieval setting (given statmonster's reasoning).

Well, you can just merge the patches yourself. No interest in making a merged patch version for public release - for one, they are too hard to mantain.

I've arleady got everything but Temple, Demon Stone, and Dragonshard. But, for someone who is new to GOG, it will be good to get Bio's D&D RPGs with a few other D&D games, as well as cult classic Planescape: Torment. And for the price of buying BGI and II normally on GOG.

It seems that, for me, I can never actually do many productive things while in the city in Solitude. It would be much better if it didn't have infinte loading screens all the freaking time. And since being a Legate requires you to visit Solitude often.... uggghghghhhhh.... Saving in a interior building doesn't seem to help... I am seriously at a loss. As for what I'm doing, I'm testing out Neovalen's Skyrim Revisited: Legendary Edition guide (and also trying to play the game for my own enjoyment).. But seriously, Soluitude being so bad with ILSes, it makes me want to coc to needed places only. And before you ask, no, I did not use any z-fighting tweaks. Here, on my Pastebin, are links to my Skyrim.ini, my Skyrimprefs.ini, my ModOrganizer mod order, and my load order. I am stumped... what can I do to fix this?

Hearthfire house in the Pale not visible when built
WilliamImm replied to p4ck3tl055's question in General Skyrim LE Support
The guide you followed set uGrids to 7 - believe me, you don't want to have it at that value unless you want to get hit by reduced stability. Anyway, I've seen reports that Unique Region Names v5 can cause Hearthfire homes to not work properly, because Hearthfire's needed changes to the worldspace records are overwritten with URN's. It needs patching for sure. -
My financial standings were really not that good, so I only payed 6 dollars. Still, that was enough for me to get everything, what, like $200 worth? Mirror's Edge is a nice game, not sure about the others. I did already get Battlefield 3 though earlier... so, I need to find someone who would like to have a copy of that game.

[Solved] Very Odd Helgen Keep Problem
WilliamImm replied to Moragg's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Wyrmstooth.ini contains the iLargeRefrenceCount tweak set at a dangerously high value. Remove that, and you should be able to remove the ILSes in Helgen Keep. Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2 -
As a matter of fact, modded, Skyrim VRAM usage can easily exceed 2 GB. You should get the 4 GB model of your card, or, if you are willing to compromise a little, get a 3 GB 660 (Titanium or regular). That runs Skyrim just as fine as a 670, as I found. Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2

Help me understand BOSS BOYD esp issue
WilliamImm replied to Quahogs's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Disease Descriptions should not even install the RND version if it is not detected Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2 -
Actually, no, it's on the nexus (only at a new link - https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32246/?). It was because Neovalen switched to v181 basic for Skyrim Flora overhaul, because Vurt's new trees had really funky shadowing.

Help me understand BOSS BOYD esp issue
WilliamImm replied to Quahogs's question in General Skyrim LE Support
No, Diverse Priests only includes patches for Bring Out Your Dead and Consistent Older People, not 4 (I know because I made the patches). -
ACCEPTED Consistent Older People (by Winterlove)
WilliamImm replied to Kelmych's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
No particular reason, just that the page hasn't been updated to match the new version. Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2 -
SKYRIMLE Yet Another Skyrim Hardcore mod - YASH.
WilliamImm replied to Smile44's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
This would want its own dedicated pack, I'm sure. Yash is a nicely designed overhaul for those who don't want to have the overhead of SkyRe or Requiem. -
ACCEPTED Better Shaped Weapons - BSW (by masterofshadows and LeanWolf)
WilliamImm replied to WilliamImm's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Weapon DeLarpification Project had a problem with some of the meshes being too thin, IIRC. If this mod doesn't have this problem, and it looks sensible, then maybe we can install DeLarp first then overwrite with this mod. -
Discussion thread: Better Shaped Weapons by masterofshadows and LeanWolf Wiki Link This may be a possible alternate mod to Skyrim Weapon De-LARPification Project. Basically, it reshapes the vanilla weapons to be more sensible, flattening when necessary. Not as comprehensive as De-LARPification, but worth a look.

Wrye Bash lacking wizards where NMM has them
WilliamImm replied to gajop's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Yes. This is because NMM has no way for you to track which order you installed mods in. -
ACCEPTED Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM (by Brumbek)
WilliamImm replied to z929669's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
It got wiped out from the masterlist by mistake during another commit. Fixed now. -
SKYRIMLE Civil War Overhaul (by Apollodown)
WilliamImm replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I haven't tried it, but I am planning to with my next character. Want to do the unmodified questline first with my current character so that I have a good comparison. Sent from my LG-E970 using Tapatalk 2 -
The Elder Scrolls Anthology revealed
WilliamImm replied to rootsrat's topic in General Game Discussion
You can't really approach a very complicated modding system with simplicity - that's why tools like BOSS and TES5Edit exist. It's also why I hate the Steam Workshop for Skyrim - it works better for games that don't have complex modding system. I also really hate mods that are not set up for BAIN or manual installation - BAIN is the way it is because it makes the mod pretty friendly with manual installation. Anyway, this is getting OT.
