Okay, so I couldn't resist... I'm no expert but to me there looks like some obvious issues on the meshes and or UV mapping (I have no idea which I'm looking at) on the back and inside of the legs as well as the obvious gap at the underwear line. To me, it looks like there is some work to be done. But this is just from opening the file up and viewing it. Still have no idea what I'm doing.... This is basically what I'm seeing looking at the back of the mesh; whereas, the front is completely smooth...

Two launch needed before access to savegames MO
TechAngel85 replied to mirage711's question in Mod Organizer Support
This was probably another mod that wasn't working entirely properly for me in Windows 8. I seem to be having a completely renewed experience since moving back to Windows 7. -
Okay, I got Autodesk 3ds Max 2014 (apparently 2015 is available but the nif tools don't work with it yet) from one of my old college professors to be able to edit meshes...I've never used this program before so don't expect gold. I might not be able to do anything at all...looks rather complicated and daunting! However, I'm also waiting on a reply from Brumbek about the body meshes so I'll wait until that arrives before even looking at the meshes.

Two launch needed before access to savegames MO
TechAngel85 replied to mirage711's question in Mod Organizer Support
I hadn't looked since I updated RaceMenu but they're showing up again in the Overwrite folder. Come to think of it, I think I did move them into the RaceMenu mod folder in the past for whatever reason that seemed logical to me since that mod was creating them. Idk if that affected anything but I do remember doing it. lol -

Yeah, I don't get those tri files anymore (last time I checked). I do still get a meshes folder in Overwrite but it's empty. I have no need to open the RaceMenu up after character creation unless I'm doing some testing so I disable the RaceMenuPlugin. -

13 .tri files? I thought RaceMenu fixed that? Are you running the latest version of RaceMenu? -
Could be. We usually wait for mods like this to mature a bit before testing them for STEP.

Before you fill up all the pages with load order requests, I'm going to stop you right here! Use LOOT! There is a reason it's included as a utility for STEP. Please don't ask this question again. The answer is always going to be "use LOOT".

Yeah, that is mainly lighting. There is no way to get a perfectly, seamless body because the hands, head, feet and torso are all separate and thus there are going to be a seams somewhere. I think vanilla also has some of this in certain lighting as well. I'll have to look into it. I have the vanilla meshes extracted as well. Just have no idea how to edit them at this point. Thinking about asking Brumbek for some advice.

width=100% This will make the width as width as it needs to be to contain the word...or should. It'll either do that or be the width of the parent element.

[Visual Bug]Hands Clipping through Arcane Enchanter table top
TechAngel85 replied to tregolani's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Did you somehow make your character shorter than vanilla? That character looks a bit short. -
The second issue is a limitation of the JS/CSS. Since S4N isn't willing to edit the code due to it being part of the core wiki files, it's just there to stay. I would think it would be simple enough to copy the code and make a new file that simply overrides the core code and that we'd be able to edit completely without messing with the core files; however, this is wiki we're talking about. I seem just about anything simple to do on a normal HTML webpage is rather complicated to do on the wiki. Still that is a nice implementation without having the annoy "[Expand]" text added to the line. Good work!

I don't have any neck seams on Ysolda...could you post a picture? As for the young bodies on older faces...I'm not sure where that is coming from. This mod only provides normals for old bodies and faces (texturesactorscharactersfemaleold). The textures are most likely used from the main female file. I'll have to look into it how it's done in vanilla, but it's likely there is no way around this. As for the shape of any body part, that will not be addressed at this time because that will require mesh work which I have no clue how to do.

Set to user defined/off and then set the parameter below that one to 16x. Done.

CTD and Performance patch ENBoost (by Boris Vorontsov)
TechAngel85 replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
That was written long before ENBoost existed and EssArrBee is pretty much right. I added a notice to the page (this is another Guide that could use a bit of attention). It really shouldn't matter where it is enable as long as it is and it's not affecting your gaming experience. I believe Z did some testing with the various options, but I don't remember which he found to be the best. If it's not affecting your game then it's personal choice. This is no different than AF. I've found the driver's AF to be slightly better so I disable it in ENBs and use the driver. This also saves a few FPS not having the ENB rendering it. -
DROPPED Soul Gems Differ - Full and Empty (by Utopolyst)
TechAngel85 replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
You will have to lay out the options you used so that I can check the FOMOD for any errors. -
Glad it's helped someone! That's the reason I've updating the ENB Guide. It's a bit out of date and since I've been using ENB again for a while now, I finally feel comfortable putting some time into it.

DROPPED Soul Gems Differ - Full and Empty (by Utopolyst)
TechAngel85 replied to stoppingby4now's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
There is nothing wrong with the mod (except for Italian versions of the game which is being addressed today most likely). If you're using MO v1.210 then please update to v1.2.11 as the FOMOD installer was broken in v1.2.10. If that is not the issue, are you running an ENB? This could cause issues if incorrectly set up. This can be tested by running the game, find some invisible soul gems (ask Wonder Woman how to find invisible objects), and then hitting the key combination Shfit+F12 to turn off ENB. If they reappear, your ENB is causing the issue and you need to make sure it's installed correctly. For the record, the ENB I'm running does not cause any issues. If you're using Transparency AA, turn it off. It causes all sorts of issues in Skyrim. -

Which driver setup are you referring to? -
Thanks for the info! I sort of learned most of that through the process of putting together this Overhaul. For now, it will be used for both Core and Extended. I've seen videos of users putting Bodyslide2 through its paces and it is a rather impressive tool while still remain relatively simple to use. It might be something we look into in the future, but for now...I think we're just going to stick with the simple replacer I've put together. I would love to learn more in the area of editing meshes and UV maps in order to really fix the vanilla females; however, I don't have anywhere near the time to do that right now. Maybe I'll attempt to recruit Brumbek into doing this...but then I'll have to redo the textures again...

Just hide the folder itself.
