  1. You know what... The reason for all this: the behavior will vary across different systems because MO uses a timeout to determine whether a file is overwritten or not. I forgot about this, so that is the cause for the confusion: there are two possible outcomes dependent upon how fast the file is saved.
  2. The problem is that mods update/change without our permission (and should), which is generally the reason for the post-release changes. If it was simply software it would be easy, but we are incorporating a bunch of volatile assets into a collective assembly.
  3. The main thing I'm worried about with the emphasis on templates is the possibility of going beyond the limit of templates on a page.
  4. It doesn't show results anymore.
  5. You need to install OBSE for it to appear.
  6. Hehe... heh he he heh Sorry. LOL I never learned to code. I only ever learned this: Somehow I figured my my Form:Guide and Template:Heading would become controversial. I made them because S4N said this type of style deviation should be made in templates... so I made an easy way to implement it!
  7. That would be done on the INI Guide\Custom TOC template, which I do not think needs to be experimental either. Also, that is impossible to do without the CSS extension, unless you care to add a class to the wiki css that removes the text-decoration:underline from a:link
  8. I understand calling the other templates experimental, but this one is in a class of its own.
  9. I understand, but the xEdit cleaning instructions are for mods which get moved automatically by Mod Organizer back to their mod directory instead of into Overwrite, and leaving a stray backups folder in Overwrite. Files in data do indeed get moved into Overwrite, but those instructions are handles on their mod pages individually.
  10. No, those instructions are for mods. Mod behavior is different from behavior of the files in the data folder. I have reverted to the past revision, which I assure you, is how it works for mods installed in Mod Organizer.
  11. I know this and this is how it is in the guide. What I don't understand are these people experiencing something else happening.
  12. I think this happens when you untick Backup Plugins.
  13. I fixed the clipping I mentioned.

    Form:Guide

Form:Guide This is a form created to ease the creation of a custom mod guide that is not a Pack. An example is available here: Guide Test (this is a copy, more or less, of the Witcher 2 guide using the form).
  15. That's a thought, but I think it would be preferable to have the wiki editor add the line break, as adding it to the template would increase its size. And then some people might not like the added break.
  16. That's exactly what I just said, not?
  17. Form:INI Guide This form helps in the creation/editing of INI guides. It is currently only employed by the Skyrim INI and SkyrimPrefs INI guides. It relies upon the Columns, Heading, and INI Guide/Custom TOC templates.
  18. I have tweaked most of the notification templates to auto expand/contract with the size of the content. The main reason to do this was to prevent some major clipping on Hishutup's Oblivion Guide that could appear with the TOC, rendering it unreadable. If using multiple warnings, etc., you should add a line break between them to avoid them "stacking" on top of each other.
  19. My Extended and Core output are about the same size.
  20. Discussion topic: Template:INITOC
  21. Then you likely have a stray update esm in one of your mods. Check the Data tab in Mod Organizer to see where your Update.esm is located.
  22. You would be wrong about that. From our recommendations
  23. Try Skyrim Redesigned. It has coin purse textures that I always had to run through DDSopt to not look bad.
  24. Bethesda hard-coded it to be used in the executable itself. They can be quite lazy at fixing their own bugs sometimes. Edit: Sorry, I thought you meant Skyrim. Not sure about FNV.
