Jax765
Working on a Roberts patch for Dragbody's NCR Overhaul mod. Currently, the short-sleeved ranger outfits have nipples on the arms. First time working in Blender, so I'm trying to figure a bunch of stuff out like meat caps and clipping. Wrist seam is also still there, though I'm not sure if that's an issue with Roberts itself or an error on my end.
Crimson13
You might be able to run the .exe through MO and see if it pops out in the Overwrite folder or the FNV folder. Hey, that worked. I knew something like this could be done but it's been so long that I forgot how to. Thanks EssArrBee.
Crimson13
How's the fps for everyone using this pack or at least closely? I've been getting around 30 fps outside at best with the optimized textures and it's odd that it should be so; I run Skyrim harder than this and I get 60 fps almost all the time. I even unticked the POCO BUENU mod and it's still not up to par.

Vegas and Freeside are probably the most demanding areas in the game. Honestly, Skyrim seems more stable in general than New Vegas in terms of performance. Strange that you're getting 30fps at best, considering your GPU is better than mine (970 vs 770 2GB). Then again, I'm using a 4770K and have 16GB RAM, which certainly helps in a CPU-constrained game like New Vegas. Or maybe it's some kind of vsync issue that you're encountering? How does it run without mods? Are you using that Ojo Bueno vending machine mod? It was causing major performance drops in Goodsprings when I used it. Crimson13
Yep, everything is set to 60 fps maxed and the limiter is turned off. I do have to put my refresh rate on my monitor down from 144 htz to 60 htz when playing FNV and Skyrim due to the problems they get over that, but Skyrim comes out fine. Should I turn vsync off on the FNV launcher and use enboost's instead or something? Also, I don't use an enb besides enboost, so it should just be NVSR and enboost to affect fps in this case. Edit: Maybe change the number of the heap from 6 to 3 or 5? Edit2: Nope, no change. Edited October 22, 2015 by Crimson13

Crimson13
Without mods I get 60 fps across the board. Also something weird, when starting with my mods it says the enboost version is .263 but when I start without mods it comes up as the correct .278. Why would that happen? Why would that happen?Likely a mod has some sort of ENB in its files? Do a search in your mod folder for enb, see if anything comes up. Probably the best thing to do is start a vanilla game, and add mods chunk by chunk until your performance drops, then start removing them until you find the culprit. Hackerpcs
With a fairly old setup (2500K, GTX570 1,2GB, 8GB RAM) I get 50-60, you shouldn't drop from 60 with 970, something's not right Edited October 22, 2015 by Hackerpcs
Crimson13
Did the enb search in the MO mods folder, nothing came up. I'll use the new game I started and see what mod/s could be the problem. Edit: Okay, even after deleting enboost's files to see if it does anything I noticed that it still comes up with v.263 when starting. So I checked and the files enblocal and enbseries are being added when the game starts. And from the look into the enblocal file it's a shitty setup which hopefully explains why my game is running at like half efficiency. Would anyone have an idea as to what would do this? Crimson13
Yep, I got rid of all of that. Something is making a v.263 enblocal and enbseries files on its own.
EssArrBee
Multiple installs of the game? Maybe you were looking in FO3 or Skyrim's directory instead? Seems weird that you'd get the splash screen.
Crimson13
Nope, FNV is only in one spot and I wasn't looking at Skyrim; I don't have FO3 installed anymore and everything about is was uninstalled and deleted. Seems to come from something installed on MO though, if I go vanilla or do MO with nothing mod-wise then no enboost text comes up.
