    Is ENBoost supposed to increase stability but decrease performance? Also, does FNV's ENBoost differ from Skyrim's?

    The textures don't seem to be optimized in the best way. Nearox, has stated that by DDSopting the mod we gain a significant amount of VRAM which can help in heavy populated cities while retaining almost the same quality. The STEP guide is about performance,too. So, why not investigate into the subject more?
