SKYRIMLE Disable Skyrim fxaa, antialiasing and anisotropic filtering for enb?
TirigonX replied to Ishit's question in Post-Processing Support
What exactly is the benefit from forcing Anisotropic Filtering via graphics driver or ENB though? I've read about better performance, but personally I don't see any difference. Skyrim's AF causes the same FPS hit on my machine as the the other options. -
ACCEPTED The Ruffled Feather (By SparrowPrince)

He's referring to the Realistic Needs & Diseases section of WATER. You can select only one option there. So what do you select if you have legendary Skyrim and Falskaar?- 307 replies

Purity.bsa contains only one mesh: sky\atmosphere.nif
-
Looks like this is mainly a compilation of Pure Weather, Pure waters (including PW landscape textures) and PW Waterfalls. You can see this by comparing the esp and bsa files of said mods with Purity. However a lot of records have been altered. Haven't checked it in game though, since I'm using WAO and Realistic Water.

Well if it is a mesh problem, you could try this mod: No Stretching (use the USKP compatible version) It fixes many stretched meshes. In MO's left pane you should put it after the unofficial patches but before any other mesh altering mods like SMIM and Vivid Landscapes. You don't need the esp file if you let MO manage bsa files. It's just a dummy plugin.

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

What about Realistic Aspen Trees? It was updated recently to be compatible with SFO 2.1. Or does it not work with DynDOLOD yet? -
Could also be related to the fact that Skyrim is currently on sale on Steam. (It's actually even free to play until Sunday). DarkOne once mentioned that downloads on Nexus always increase when Skyrim is on sale.

Enhanced Blood Textures includes the Brawl Bug Patch. That's probably why it's not in the guide. If you use EBT you shouldn't need the Brawl Bugs Patch. The scripts should be identical. I'm not using EBT though, so I'm using the patch instead.

I gues you mean ELE? Because Jawz isn't working on Real Shelter as far as I know.^^ -
I've turned it off too. Setting it true caused rare but reproduceable CTDs for me.

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback
TirigonX replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Were it Crow Bandits? There have been reports about this very bandit type from OBIS causing CTDs, especially in combination with ASIS. Indigoblade already announced version 2.01 which is supposed to address this issue. -

Well the actors aren't actually missing. They're just not in the correct position. For example the Adrianne Avenicci/Idolaf Battleborn dialogue: I saw Adrianne outside the blacksmith shop saying her lines, while Idolaf was wandering around the city - also saying his lines. It also seems to happen more likely around Whiterun. Apart from the two situations you described, I've also seen it happen with the dialogue between a Whiterun guard and 2 Alik'r guys who are searching for Saadia. The guard was missing in that case. -

I've seen this bug several times after starting a new game while testing mods. Sometimes the game just fails to load one of the actors in those scripted dialogue scenes. It seems pretty random. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not. Nothing gamebreaking though. If there are quests triggered by those conversations (like Delayed Burial in the Uthgerd scene), they will start anyway. -
Something is not right with the terrain

Which screenshot in particular? You linked to your screenshot overview. Although it seems your missing grass in several pictures. The one with the dragon skeleton for example. SkyrimPrefs.ini: fGrassMinStartFadeDistance=18000.0000 <- I think this one should be left at 0 -
There's no need for that patch. The Dragonborn version is already included in the all-in-one installer. Just pick Dragonborn in the first step of the Fomod installer.

@eberkain Be sure to get the improved ini files for ASIS if you haven't already. They make ASIS work better with many popular mods. Apart from NPC Enchantment Fix I'm only using Increased spawns, so I can't say anything about the other features.

Did you add the Alsvid plugin to PerMa's blocklist? Also, keep in mind that RaulFin's Compatibility patches compilation comes with it's own blocklist file, which will overwrite the original one. If you want to change anything on PerMa's blocklist, you have to do it there.
-
Sorry if my comment caused you trouble. But it also took me a lot of trial and error to figure that out. SUM never really worked for me anyway. Probably due to too many mods and maybe MO's 32bit limitation. I run each SkyProc Patch individually. I'm not using every single mod from SRLE and I didn't realize there are more mods that are dependent on CH. So yeah those will need to be blocked too. I wonder if that blocklist issue is something that can be fixed by the SkyProc developer. It's quite annoying.

If PaMa's masters aren't in the correct order, it usually means the patcher processed mods that it shouldn't. Most likely Convenient Horses. It happens when the PaMa Patcher processes a mod that's dependant on that mod. In that case probably ASIS. Convenient Horses is on PaMa's blocklist. Not sure how important that is, but I guess there's a reason behind that. At first PaMa will ignore CH, but when it processes the records from ASIS (which has CH as master) it ignores the fact that CH is on the blocklist and processes it anyway. CH will then be added to the end of PaMa's master list. I've put Convenient Horses on ASIS blocklist and don't have the problem anymore.

pack Perkus Maximus (PerMa - PaMa) Pack

I think all of Enai's mods are compatible with PerMa as long as you use his PerMa patches. I haven't tested it yet though. -
pack Perkus Maximus (PerMa - PaMa) Pack
TirigonX replied to phazer11's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
PerMa users who run a full SRLE + REGS setup including ASIS should make sure that mods from PaMa's blocklist are on the ASIS blocklist as well. Otherwise PaMa will ignore those mods first, but then process them anyway, because they are on ASIS's master list. In that case those mods will appear at the very end of PaMa's master list, so the masters will be out of order. Affected mods are Convenient Horses (Convenient Horses.esp) from SRLE and Spectraverse (Magic of the Magna-Ge.esp) from REGS. Alternatively ASIS could be run after PaMa, but I don't know if that can cause other problems. -
Well the background textures look very similar. Could this be because they are based on the same original textures? The ones from Bethesda I mean. Most of the other textures don't look that similar to me. I don't have Photoshop though. I only looked at the textures in Irfanview.

Is anyone able to open the dds files with tools like gimp or Irfanview? I always get error messages. Looks like the textures are huge now. Old archive was only 30 MB, now it's 230, and after unpacking the archive it's a whopping 1.1 GB. edit: ok, after running it through Optimizer Textures it shrinked from 1.1 GB to 63 MB and I can open all files with Irfanview. edit 2: never mind, author already fixed in version 1.1
