  1. Okay, here are some shots with no ENB, just regular lighting: I can't see the difference of the two Gremling versions. Definitely better than vanilla. I'll do the compares up against the other mod in another post.
  2. I'm testing those right now. I'll post them on that thread in a bit.
  3. I know but I made a plugin that scales weights from .15 to something, I forget, so this mod will make my plugin work better.
  4. Still a beta version and the log feature is brand new, so there may be a few hiccups here and there. I haven't seen it affect anything yet and I have that same error.
  5. Screens for this mod. Man wtf is up with the vanilla claws? This is a no brainer. The vanilla meshes are so bad I'm surprised that they aren't in USKP or SMIM yet. Thoughts?
  6. This is accepted for 2.2.9. It is a clear improvement over what is currently in STEP. Thanks to Will for finding it and thanks to our newest MT, phryxolydian, for posting the screen. Marking it Core, section 2.K Clutter & Misc, overwrites Ruins Clutter improved. Mod page is going up now too. EDIT: Okay all set, OP updated, wiki page done. https://wiki.step-project.com/Enchanting_Candle_Meshes_Improved
  7. Well, that would work much better with the potion reweight plugin I make for myself.
  8. Oh yeah, these are blended so much better at the base where the candle meets the run off wax. I vote to accept this, anyone else?
  9. Alright, so I'm doing a little addition to the STEP Patches. Basically, I want to now include a plugin that can be used by just about everyone. The only requirements are Skyrim, Dragonborn, and SMIM (only the meshes and stuff, no plugins, just disable them or hide them or delete them) or Skyrim, Hearthfire, Dragonborn, and SMIM (same thing no plugins). This will allow people that don't use the STEP Patches to at least have something to reduce load order by about 9 plugins I believe. SMIM-FarmhouseFlickingFix.esp (not included in the plugin, but is included in Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp) SMIM-FurnitureChestSnowFix.esp SMIM-DragonbornTernFix.esp SMIM-DungeonsCliffsIceSkirts.esp SMIM-ShackRoofFixes.esp SMIM-ShackRoofFixesDragonborn.esp dD - No Spinning Death Animation.esp More Salt Please.esp (leveled list version of More Salt Please included, so mod isn't necessary anymore) More Salt Please - Dragonborn addon.esp (same as above) Slightly Reduced Distance NPC Greetings.espThe HF version only forwards some stuff that increases compatibility. They are technically ITMs, but it will stop other mods from overwriting important records that HF needs. I know a couple users that don't use the STEP Patches, so this will help them and also stop people from bothering me about removing dependencies from the STEP Patches. Anyways, if you don't use the STEP Patches, try one of these out and let me know if you like them: https://copy.com/Ci2RhL1XqSDj P.S. Do not redistribute, point people to the link I posted since I have permission for using the SMIM plugins. Either that or point people to my github page.
  10. We should have had a thread for this mod already. Shame on us for not doing that.
  11. I did already know you were getting ready to update and I'll get new patches out quickly when that happens. Are you also changing C&CF.esp to remove the ampersand as well? EDIT: Almost forgot to ask about WAF, CCF, and CCOR. Which would you suggest we use for weapon, armor, clothing, clutter stats?
  12. @noobzor, thanks for confirming this, but I would also point everyone to a nice quote from Ethatron: I believe a couple SSDs are now passing the 500MB/s second mark for SATA 3 and SATA Express is also starting to show up in a few enthusiast/professional products, but that still will not make up the time gap until SSDs are in the +1.2GB/s range. Also, decompression speeds will increase with new hardware and more efficient algorithms, so the performance argument is pretty dead.
  13. I mean, I do as much idiot proofing as I can but ticking mods should be a given. I guess what is given for me after maybe 20 years of modding games, all the way back to Doom on DOS, is not so obvious to others.
  14. Video games cannot escape rule 34 of the internet. Also, rule 34.2 which is an extension of rule 34 for Bronies.
  15. Added a spoiler tag.
  16. Probably better to keep them invade you need unless your sure it's a bunch of junk. Right click->create mod if you want to keep that stuff.
  17. Did you start FOMM with MO? Also the latest beta version of MO might work with the installer. I haven't tried it out.
  18. First question, yes. You can move mods around the left side if you need to. Second question not sure what your saying. Could you be more specific?
  19. Good to here because I really don't have any time.
  20. The UPPs are on many sites and it wouldn't be all that hard to use one of them. Arthmoor's site, iguadons or something, Dark Creations, and a bunch others host them. Hell, we might even be able to get them to host off our site somehow.
  21. On your GPU you list the hardware architecture not the model. What is the model like GT650M or GTX760... Also, everything that ever goes into VRAM must go through the RAM. This isn't going to change until utnil another two or so generations of discrete GPUs. Only your CPU can move data around from disk to RAM to VRAM, it is the only part with a system memory controller. The GPU is only able to move data around itself. Your RAM is what is filling up and your VRAM isn't really something that should be considered because you can't offload enough data from your RAM before it fills up and crashes or stutters.
  22. No just once. Make copies for new profiles.
  23. Check the data folder. Then move it to its own folder in mo/mods directory.
  24. Has everything for this mod been figured out yet? I thought there was a bad plugin or something?
  25. Zilav is another person to ask. Much knowledge. Nice often. Helpful very. That replace FormIDs script from Automation Tools is a godsend for me. I use it keep all my patche's FormIDs standardized from release to release since the merge script will change them.
