  1. And I thought I was the only one that did that. :)
  2. The Ruffled Feather - EDT optional has both EDT and EDT2 combined. They are no longer separate.
  3. Depends on the Preset you use. Yes, that can happen if you're using a Preset that is too stressful on your system.
  4. Totally understand that point. You already maintain a ton of compatibility.
  5. Yes, still necessary for script to read the BSAs. Yep...well, active the mod. That's not right. Not sure what the issue is though. Yep, Billboards for STEP are included in that mod.
  6. Well...I'm unlocking it. This thread should remain STEP free as possible and since I've changed the mod page to point to the Anthology thread hopefully this will help.
  7. I don't really understand why it's taking days for new users. I can do it in a few hours and that's going through the Guide step by step like any user would do.
  8. Should we not use the Anthology thread for "STEP-related" purposes for DynDOLOD? This is the main thread and the one Sheson directs all of Nexus to. I don't really want to load it up with a bunch of posts only relating to STEP.
  9. I'm referring to the re-colored pines and the files we instruct to hide because of them. Don't think a user would want those files if they're using SFO 2.+ but still following our instructions to hide those files. You know it'll happen eventually and more than once. :: Then if they want to install their own Billboards, there is no need to have our. It's just keeping the files clean and the conflicts down is all.
  10. Screen shots are just to show what the Re-colored LODs and Snowy Pines part of the file does. This file really should be optional, but I guess a few notices on the mod page would work. Actually...I need to make a FOMOD for this now that I think about it more. Some parts need to be optional for users who are installing other mod options such as SFO 2.+ or not running DynDOLOD for whatever reason. I'll work on this in the next few days. It's getting late here and it's back to work tomorrow.
  11. For starters, if you're doing a complete STEP install, you don't need those extra Billboards. We've include what you need in the STEP Texture Compilation. Just install the Guide and follow the instructions on the DynDOLOD mod page and you'll be good to go. EDIT: As for your issue, check #1 on this page: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/7641-dynamic-distant-objects-lod-dyndolod-by-sheson/
  12. I know I asked this before, but are there any plans on complete True Storms compatibility. Not really concerned about COT, but rather with your extended weathers.
  13. Posted this on your thread on ENBDev (didn't know if you've been checking it). @Audley One user suggested this may be connected to window mode in FNV. If you have ENB running in window mode disable those two settings in your enblocal.ini to see if the issues are fixed: [WINDOW] ForceBorderless=true ForceBorderlessFullscreen=true
  14. That's why the file's description says it's required for DyNDOLOD.
  15. Re- comes before Rea Symbols come before letters. Of course this is reversed in some cases. Eh...really doesn't matter in this case.
  16. No idea why that was there. Removed that line. Will be fixed in a moment. It's where it is due to overwrites but that mod was dropped so it can be placed properly now.
  17. There is no FOMOD for the main file. It's just packaged incorrectly and is handled the same way any mod like this would be. That's MO Basics 101. If you don't have that down, I'd suggest reading the MO Guide. Click the arrow next to "Detailing the Eldrich - Higher-Res Riekling Architecture" Right-click on "Data" and select "Set data directory" Click Ok to install.
  18. I'll have to update the FOMOD. It'll be done shortly. Updated. Those were from TB. There are no files to hide anymore. EDIT: New FOMOD uploaded.
  19. This would be EssArrBee's realm. I'm uncertain as he may have done something with the STEP patches. I'll leave this for him.
  20. Sorry, dropping TB was one of the last minute decisions and the changelog must have gotten overlooked. I'll correct it. TB is no longer a part of STEP because it causes too many issues with the new textures. Looks like someone already took care of it.
  21. Support and Tips 1) Be sure the following line is in your Skyrim.ini or DynDOLOD will not fully process: [Archive] sResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa. 2) When fully complete for STEP the size of the output folders will be: STEP:Core = ~1GBSTEP:Extended = ~1.4GB3) You can updated DynDOLOD in the middle of a playthrough. When do you need to update? DynDOLOD can be updated whenever a new structure is added, new trees from vurt are added or changed, whever changing textures that no long match the LODs, etc. The process is not hard; however, must be done correctly. To learn how to do this, watch GamerPoets video and click on the "Update" link on the right side of the video to skip to the proper section. @Moderators Please feel free to add to this post as new issues surface which could help users solve issues without having to post Support Threads.
  22. I've updated the ENBoost mod page to be more specific to the issue; however, if you look in the Troubleshooting section at the end of the Guide under "3.A.4. Stuttering", that section will lead you back to the ENBoost mod page where you'll find the relevant information.
