  1. This mod made me decide to try playing without ETaC installed and I have noticed that NPCs no longer get stuck in places they used to. This is not necessarily an interaction with this mod but with ETaC in general.
  2. I am marking this solved with the solution below, I can't mark the OP as solved. SOLVED: With the help from RoyBaatterian over on his nexus mod pags for Fallout |New Vegas 4GB Updated, this problem I was having has now been solved. It turns out that it was a problem with my video driver not correctly detecting the game, due to the different file name. I was instructed to download NVIDIA Inspector so I could add a profile for the FalloutMO.exe. After spending many hours trying to solve this, it turns out there was a simple solution. Thanks again to Roy and everyone else who tried helping me with this.
  3. You should only run one of them. Since you have loot installed as an executable stick with that.
  4. Most likely a mod is overwriting one of the Darn mods menu files. Double click the Darn mod in the left pane and see if any mods are providing, overwriting, any of the darn files. If so then move the Darnui mod to a higher priority.
  5. I have pinned this topic to be the central discussion thread for the 4GB launcher.
  6. The argument "-laaexe .\\FalloutMO.exe" was a workaround in an earlier version of MO and as far as I can see is no longer needed in the 1.3.8 version. MO handles the exes folder properly now.
  7. The default Fallout.ini in My Games / falloutnv is write protected. When first run MO will copy the ini files from that location. Go into your MO profile directory and make sure that Fallout.ini is not read only.
  8. I believe that FNV4gb creates the the fallout.exe in the exes folder and is the modified file. Dragging it back will cause other problems like, "Steam Error, Application load error 3:0000065432" when NVSE is launched and "Original exe modified -> Executable headers failed to validate. An unmodified original exe is required. You should get Steam to validate your game cache and download unmodified versions of any files" error when 4gb is run. Verify the cache again to ge the original file back.
  9. You said you nuked your install of NV, Did you run the game from Steam after you reinstalled NV? You need to do this to set up the windows registry path and game ini files for MO to copy to the default profile.
  10. There is a limit to the limit to the number of plugins in New vegas, around 140, and you have about 143. I can't tell from your list which ones are inactive. Try disabling a few and see if the game loads.
  11. Make sure Fallout - Invalidation.bsa is at the top of the list. If this file is missing then toggle the setting in the orifile manager and move it to the top.
  12. I just looked at this in the FO3edit. There is no game data changes, but it does have a reference to a script. Leave it in.
  13. The script extender functions differently in Oblivion. You can't run Oblivion from MO as the script extender will not load. The game need to be run from Steam and then the OBSE will be started. This is why there is a script extender function in the workaround tab. I have been playing with the script extender over the last few days and can say it is spotty the way it works. It was working fine as I was adding mods in Hishys guide. I ended for the day and started the next day and had problems. Make sure that the load mechanism is set to script extender in the workarounds tab and then mod in MO and run the game from Steam. Note that is you change the load mechanism from one setting to another MO will need to be restarted so it can copy or delete some files in the data directory. The Steam in game community needs to be enabled or BOSE will fail to load. I have been testing a Steam launch from MO and it so far has been working for the OBSE plugins, limited testing though. I created a new executable and pointed the binary to Steam.exe. I added steam://rungameid/22330 to the arguments line. You can run the game from MO when setup this way. When run you will get the game launcher. If you look at the data only the files in the vanilla directory will show up, MO has not been started yet. If you change options the current profile ini does not get changed, the one in my games will ge modified.
  14. This will happen when a setting in MO get unchecked. Press the wrench and screwdriver icon to open the settings window. Select the Workarounds tab and make sure the Force-enable game files is checked. press OK to exit and either refresh from the drop down menu next to the profile selector or restart MO.
  15. Sort the mods by priority column and see if it comes back. Click the priority column header until you see the Zero at the top. The overwrite will be at the bottom.
  16. Did you set up the ENB section of the guide? Remove the ENB and see if it runs. Edit: been a bad day, reading fail.
  17. Glad you got it sorted out. I would have been back sooner, but I experienced a revolving door BSOD on my windows and I just now got my passwords back after a fun few hours of reinstalling.
  18. If the launcher is run from MO you should see the ESPs that are installed, you just can't launch the game from there as FOSE will not start. If not something is not working right. If you have xEdit or WRYE installed, run them and see if you have them ESPs and ESMs show up. Alternativly you can install Free commander 32bit and add it to the launchers. When run from MO and you navigate to the gamed data folder you should see all the files MO presents to the game. If you are not seeing any of the files that should be there then I would download the archive version of MO and ertract it over your current install.
  19. You will have to have a look at the mods in the left pane and see what is overwriting what. The exclamation mark is an ESP that is providing a reference to a mesh and another mod is overwriting said mesh and the game will use the exclamation point as a place holder. Try moving the mod to a higher priority in the left pane. Look at where the ESP is located in the right pane and try to follow that in the left pane. these two mods,hi-res weapons and ammo textures and millenia assaultrifle replacers rh wmk patch, look like they do that. The pip boy try moving better high detail map and icons to a higher location. You can also try running the game launcher from MO and select the data menu item and put a check in the "Load loose files" box and see if that helps.
  20. Also make sure that the archive invalidation for the current profile is enabled and the resulting BSA is at the top of the archive list.
  21. I have done the guide before and may have had problems, it has been a while since I have modded from scratch. Make sure you are using Loot or Boss, which ever one is recommended in the guide.
  22. If they are the folders from UIO, then you do not have to delete them at game launch. They get created every time the game is launched. If they belong to another mod then you have to figure out which mod it is and move them to that mod. If you can't figure that out then make a mod from the folder and remove the UIO folders. The overwrite folder in MO has the highest priority and you should not leave any files there other than the UIO folders.
  23. First off welcome to the forums. In MO look at the right hand pane and select the Archives tab. When the view switches to the archives make sure all of them are checked and there is a check in the Have MO manage archives selection at the top.
  24. This is the "webcache" folder in the MO directory. Shut down MO, go into the ModOrganizer\webcache folder, delete contents in there and restart MO.
