I just let that recommendation slip by when I saw it posted on Nexus because as soon as we give it a response people assume there is some credence to it, when clearly there isn't.

Just let it slip into the ether from whence it came.

Since it's not common among all Windows 10 users, I can't say why the program is blocked and why the listed solution worked to resolve my problem. That said, I imagine some percentage of other users will run into the same thing.

 

I've added my specs to my sig since the earlier post, so perhaps the next user who needs this advice will find some commonality there.

SkyUI wiki images are missing, since they're links to the Nexus page they are probably changed on the SkyUI end.
