  1. Ive had this issue before, its because mo got terminated whilst it was doing sth and that corrupted your profile settings.
  2. There is a setting in enbseries.ini which enables skyrim's own lighting over the enb lighting, have you tried that one?
  3. Stating it as short as possible: with my current setup i have a100% reproducable ram ctd (doesn't occur with downscaled textures). No version released until now has led to a lesser ram usage by skyrim and thus any version i tried out crashed at that spot. Even if this fix helps some people it doesn't help all people, and therefore it's not a real fix or workaround YET. I am not saying boris is fooling everybody. I have seen an enormous increase in vram usage - just not a decrease in ram usage using the monitoring utility vmmap which boris himself proclaimed as the only utility which displays true mem usage by a program. Look at the dev tgread of 1.93 if you want proof.
  4. I've tried 20 out of the most recent 40 test versions of 1.93... I think i know what files i needed to do that. Please go ahead and try vmmap. All of the people praising the fix are using spm to monitor ram and admire how the figures differ, whilst vmmap doesn't give a damn whether cleanmem or other mem fixes are enabled. It'll provide a number and that's that.
  5. I'm not anti-enboost. I am just one of the unfortunately very few, that have done some proper testing on this, and therefore I say that enboost in it's current state does not fix the 3.1 GB limit, which is of course 4GB. VMMap is the only utility i know of that gives approx the correct number for ram usage. Unfortunately it's not very intuitive.
  6. You have to use the integrated mo-ini tweaker to reset fullscreenmode. Also there are some enbs forcing windowed mode.
  7. If Boris actually finishes working on this memory fix, I'll try the dll again.
  8. If sb wants to here my opinion on this: VRAM usage will increase by a ton, but RAM usage won't decrease, at least not that VMMap would report this, and we all know that Skyrim PerfMon isn't the most reliable tool if it comes to memory measurement.
  9. I've tested approx. 20 versions and none of them did anything for me. Are you using VMMap to monitor your Ram usage? If not, do so and tell me Skyrim truly only uses 1.9 GB RAM with a fully HD modded setup.
  10. Test it for yourself. Apparently I'm the only one spitting in the bucket.
  11. Close call though... Aaaall righty, WI, keep your favorite ;-)
  12. Well they also dress up as vigilants, and why shouldn't a vampire be also part of a necromancer circle?
  13. With vmmap the total memory used by tesv.exe stays the same- with or without the dll...
  14. EBT would be realistic if you'ld include woundings in the combat animation. I've seen several accident sites. Even a single person can produce a LOT of blood. In general combat should be animated more realistically and gameplay would have to change a lot if i were to say it was semi-realistic. Duke patricks heavy combat mod is a step in the right direction, however the whole engine would need to be overhauled for more combat realism.
  15. South of riverwood near where you can construct your lakeview manor.
  16. This mod is really awesome. Can't say a lot about the main questline (more of the explorer anyways), but I've went through a dungeon and it took me HOURS to complete it. Not kidding. Most of the stuff in the dungeon was entirely unique from what I've seen playing Skyrim (I think I've visited all locations there). The best is, it's just a miscellaneous dungeon. I'ld say from the feeling it doesn't quite meet my "WOW!" effect when I'ld seen Blackreach for the first time, but it gets really close. Really, an astonishing work.
  17. skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38465 Whilst testing Falskaar, this mod is actually more of a fix if not anything else. Fast travel between Skyrim and Solstheim is enabled by the vanilla game as well.
  18. skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38497 It might play pretty well with SFO. I haven't seen it ingame myself yet, but from the screenshots it looks pretty cool.
  19. Discussion thread: HD Stone Quarry and Clay Deposit for Hearthfire by skyrimaguas Wiki Link skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38479 I like it, anybody else? Accepted for STEP Core 2.10, section Landscape. 2/2/16 - SRB
  20. Thanks Mike, I think I'll put it on my list :-)
  21. Don't lose the ground beneath your feet. This plugin is not witchcraft. I still get memory CTDs using this plugin.
  22. I don't have memory related CTDs anymore, so I guess 2k by 1k works ;-)
  23. OK, Boris released his ENBooster on the nexus: https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38649 It's just config files for his new ENB 1.93, which will only enable memory optimization and stabilization without graphical enhancements. Feel free to try out.
