I'm fairly certain (haven't been using an ENB for a bit) that you decrease the values, since I believe the values you are editing are controlling the strength of the effect, and not the direct amount of light.

Also, another reason not to use it. One of cousin works for Symantic and they don't.

What kind of i7 are you running? Socket 1366, 1155, 1150? I.E. what is your model number. It should tell you in device manager (if you don't know), if not download HWInfo.

Dang it. I'm going to have to do the $20+ one >v< I never finished the first Bioshock game and didn't want to pony up for either it or XCOM in the summer sale. I'll have to wait till near the end of the sale though.

I would suppose the best that could be done to make a weapon broken and non functional would be to have a script that adds a flag to the item causing it to not be usable in any of the player's gear slots (if such a thing is possible) but it would likely just be ham fisted and certainly not as elegant as Isoku's implementation.

If you only wish to support one pack then just make a post (and edit the OP) stating so and direct the users to the one you will support.

Magic overhaul recommendations
phazer11 replied to Crimson13's topic in General Skyrim LE Discussion & Support
The last time I played a mage centered character was a while back. It was similar to but not exactly the same as Iroha's Skyrim Revisited + Skyre and ASIS guide. To me the problem lie in the entire system, the perks weren't the most efficient, the spells were merely OK for the most part. Master level spells sucked for what you had to invest in them and the amount of mana you used per second; the master level spells also required a channel time IIRC so lol - it's been so long since I played an unmodded magic character I can't remember. -
Plus, most computer users are bad enough with safety that they'd make even worse decisions about what they download and run on their systems. Heck some of the friends I've known for a while don't scan executables or archives, etc before they run or do anything with it; this is not Linux people (though even then be cautious)! I've gone in and tweaked everything but I've also built Linux from the ground up and compile some of my own programs so I can do the more complex edits required to do things properly.

SKYRIMLE Skygazer - HD 2K Constellations (with nebulae)
phazer11 replied to fadingsignal's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Interesting, I will have to see how these look with Lorkhan's Vision once I get more of the bugs worked out with my current install (getting SkyRe, and several magic overhauls to play nice while balancing script loads is a bear). -
Wait. There are kids in Skyrim? I always thought they were some subspecies of gremlin. I'm liking pretty much everything but the hair on a few, a couple like the Jarl's son in Whiterun look kind of like they were just at an anime convention...

Interesting. The one on the right was Sparrow's? Either way it has much more depth, not sure if the detail is any better but the depth is definitely better. Of course looking at it in the modeling program doesn't give a true representation.

Performance, Baseline or Extreme STEP?
phazer11 replied to AddictedxGamer's question in General Skyrim LE Support
To clarify: the current supported version of STEP is (STEP v2.2.8). ESRB was mentioning that we are finalizing the changes to the guide from v2.2.8 to v2.2.9 which should be out pretty soon (as early as next week and I don't see it taking more than a month but that's not a definite) I think we've ironed out a lot of the issues and they are reflected in the 2.2.9 guide; however I would not use 2.2.9 if you're a new user (at least until it is finalized). -
If you wish to continue discussion about DX9, VRAM limits, modeling, etc. please move it to Banter Inn, or as most of you discussing said features are mod authors there is the MA forum. Very odd what this mod does to the roads in SRO though it flattens it and you can't see the spaces in between that well. Have to check it out more in game and also holy redundant vertices.

Since I have been wanting them I would go with the Darksiders games and probably Thief.

To be honest Aiyen if Daniel's offering you a good deal on it (half off or so) I'd just get his. Wacom makes their products quite well and sturdy. My Vector graphics instructor is still (by some miracle compatibility wise idk how) able to use her Wacom tablet from the 90's don't ask me how she did it driver wise (I actually said ******** when she told me but she pulled it out and plugged it in and...). I've been using both of mine for 5 years or better as I said and even after dropping them countless times they don't really look it.

1.2.6 - Do we still need the NCC Downgrade?
phazer11 replied to DocClox's question in Mod Organizer Support
We're just glad you do it at all mate; really, you're a trooper! -
I've been trying to get them to switch to minus mate but they don't seem to like it >v<

SKYRIMLE Remove Underwater Grass - A Performance Mod by Cauug
phazer11 replied to hyperionEXILEd's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Unless you're using snowberry extract. Also has anyone asked the author of Skyrim Performance Optimization if there is a way to fix this without having to go in and occlude all of the sections with seaweed if it could even be done? If it had to be manually edited I'd just write it off as a loss and deal with it I think. -
DROPPED BOSS Userlist Manager (by Surazal)
phazer11 replied to Bealdwine's question in Other Utilities Support
Neovalen's Skyrim Revisited guide details BUM nicely. Why don't you try that? -
Thanks for the recommendation ESRB I'll have something to play next time I'm killing time in Linux. I wouldn't say no if a certain insistent penguin took this opportunity to get me a certain strategy game he mentions every single time I talk to him on Steam... Cough cough.

Well all of the designers I know either use Wacom Intuos or Bamboos (if they haven't been doing it as long) a few have touch screen laptops or else turn a crap-pad into one once they inevitably decide it's completely useless as a tablet. I have one of these (the version from 5 years back or so)https://store.wacom.com/us/en/product/CTH300K/I also have one of these (again the equivalent and these seem to have taken a leap in price)https://store.wacom.com/us/en/product/CTH680/My friends favor the above or if they use it daily(especially if it's their job) and/or really have a knack for using the tablet (I don't pen and paper produces better results for me) the following.https://store.wacom.com/us/en/product/CTH680/https://store.wacom.com/us/en/product/PTH851/If I have to use one unless I can't avoid it I'll use the small or medium versions; the large ones are kind of cumbersome to find a place where it's comfortable to use and that has enough room to set it on.

ACCEPTED Book Covers Skyrim (by DanielCoffey and doccdr)
phazer11 replied to dstansberry's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
If you didn't mind manually spreading them out or possibly crashing the game from overload you could make a txt file with all of the additem commands for the books (say by using skyrimsearch) and then use the bat console command to load the txt file. -
DROPPED Unofficial Skyrim Patch (by Unofficial Patch Project Team)
phazer11 replied to frihyland's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I appreciate it too. But it is rather annoying that the number of bugs they're still fixing 2.5 years after release are so high. Of course, it's more annoying that game developers (and most programmers) aren't compiling their *h*t for use on 64-bit and 32-bit especially since they're almost all using Steam, etc as their release method so it would make sense if Steam et. al just downloaded the executable for the proper architecture. -
The Steam sale hasn't hurt me too badly yet only ~$30 the only real problem I have with playing other games is finding room for them which isn't exactly easy even with a 240GB SSD.
