You should use ENBoost at minimum. It'll make the game more forgiving so you'll crash less if you're using a lot of textures, scripts, etc. The memory patch included in SKSE is separate from the ENBoost Memory patch. Think of ENBoost as Memory Patch 2 and the one in SKSE as Memory Patch 3 they're both good but together they're amazing. Here's a little snippet from Sheson's post on ENBdev forums.

No none of those should interfere with the patches. Point the Way and Main Menu Spinning Emblem are working links however so I assume you just don't want them.

I'm using this with SR:LE + REGs and some other mods. IT does appear to have some issues with the No Snow Under the Roof patch that fixes the Nightgate Inn or that patch ma simply be not working for some reason.

Despite your limited RAM you should still be able to use ENBoost at the minimum it should help a little Try these things in order and if one doesn't help move to the next please. 1. Read this: Link 2. See if this error still occurs if you disable ENB with Shift-F12 (Assuming you're using one) 3. Lower shadow resolution

Well make sure you follow this it ought to help with the CTDs maybe. As for the textures if you're still having the issues once you're not experiencing the CTDs then redownload the texture mods. OR are you saying the others suggestions fixed both issues? I would still recommend making sure your memory patch from SKSE is working via that link I gave.

Could you list any guides you may be using? What exterior lighting mods are you using i.e. ELFX Exteriors, Claralux, Lanterns of Skyrim. Also are you using ENB? If so try switching presets and making sure that your Optimus is not kicking in. Based on you saying you have 750M SLi I assume you have a gaming laptop so Optimus shouldn't be an issue but google Optimus fix or search on the forums here and see if that helps any.
