I think it's your enb it's probably activating the fps limiter for some reason. press shift-enter and scroll down and untick it if it is ticked.

Plugins are the .esp/.esm files in the right pane of MO. The only ones of those that count towards the plugin limit of 255 plugins are the ones you have ticked in the right pane.

I messaged Tech about changing it last night since I irritatingly can't (I did add the screenshot of my current setup as an example as I know that works). Here's what I sent him. "To run Skyrim Performance Monitor and retain your Mod Organizer mod list you must run Mod Organizer through Skyrim Performance Monitor. Nothing is preventing you from customizing SRLE to your liking making alterations at the appropriate place. However nothing gives you the right to post as you did.

I cannot advise you about Animal Tweaks but since SRLE (ala Skyrim Immersive Creatures) already adds more creatures and ups their difficulty I'm going to say probably that one (Animal Tweaks) is likely the culprit.

Do you have 32not Java installed and have the executable for Patchus MAximus pointing to the location you have Java installed in?

If it is a font problem then it may be an issue with Futura Condensed which is Skyrim's default.

Well I'll be taking a 16 week course in a couple months for Maya, and Mudbox obviously someone will hopefully have handled this by then.

For some things. You'll want to just use it as an added assurance once you've done things like Firestrike just to be sure, it's a different kind of stress than most benchmarks and such.

Have you double checked that SKSE is still installed properly? As in you have the skse files in the skyrim directory and you have the SKSE script files in MO like in the guide?
