  1. Hmmmm... does seem down...
  2. So... Very Tired.

  3. The order of the guide is the order.
  4. No need to reclean. Change for consistency with official TES5Edit Cleaning Guide.
  5. I use h2 because it is the correct format, despite whether or not you want it a different size. h1 is page name level. See the following links: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Formatting https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help_talk:Formatting#Level_1 https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Section#Creation_and_numbering_of_sections Size can be changed via styles, and I'll see about making that an option. Colors can easily be implemented in similar fashion. I think I'll make those as options.
  6. Why? The STEP Guide is a guide to installing STEP. It isn't a guide to installing every mod in the universe. Common sense says to read the installation instructions. Some mods, like the Unofficial Patches, require being loaded from the very beginning to allow some of their fixes to be fully affective if I remember correctly. Some mods, like Helgen Reborn, require being loaded after you escape Helgen, as it says in the FAQ. Should we include in the guide that it is important to read the mod author's description?

  8. Which is why you need to make a thread sometimes
  9. I feel your pain.
  10. I've already been working on something like that: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:DoubleYou/testpack/pack
  11. I need to add that trick to Troubleshooting, now that I've discovered that is the reason most people can't see their mods in Creation Kit.
  12. Helgen Reborn is the only mod I know of currently that you should wait until after Helgen to activate.
  13. Manually copy the Skyrim folder to where you want to place it, making sure it is in the root drive like this: C:SteamSteamAppscommonskyrim Install Steam to the location of Steam you set up in step 1 (C:Steam) In your Steam Library, go to Skyrim and select Install and direct it to your skyrim installation set up in step 1. This shouldn't take long, as it will essentially verify game cache and install necessary runtimes and be good. Copy DDSOpt to the skyrim directory Copy Mod Organizer to your skyrim directoryShould be okay to run Mod Organizer and play just like back in the olden days.
  14. Skyrim's Creation Kit's Steam App ID is 202480. If the Steam App ID is not set in the Configure Executables window with Overwrite Steam AppID checked with the value of 202480, the Creation Kit will not be able to see your mods. Also, Steam should already be running prior to launching Creation Kit.
  15. Did you try my suggestion?
  16. LOL. It doesn't matter, as it's always been different from mine anyway
  17. Evidently that ESP has something an error that needs fixing.
  18. Some have said that they needed the -forcesteamloader argument for SKSE in order for it to work.
  19. You have made the mistake of not considering that the files in the top window of the Conflicts tab are used as well.
  20. Could we not somehow have Packs write their instructions to {{{mod}}}/{{{pack}}} ? Then somehow (categories?), link all those differing instructions to {{{mod}}} so that users can see the similarity in instructions between packs, or lack thereof?
  21. Not the citizenship guide itself, but the login page. Threw me at first too.
  22. I think what Nearox wants are automated mod pages created within the pack form. That way, he can add all his mods to his pack with one go, rather than manipulating a pile of mod pages.
  23. Try creating a Merged Patch with TES5Edit and see if that doesn't fix it. I can't troubleshoot that load order, but a Merged Patch should place more than enough band-aids on it to make them less naked.
  24. Hmmm... I had seen the update, but didn't realize that it would affect it this way.
  25. In the left pane, make sure Unofficial Skyrim Patch is BEFORE Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.
