Absurb File Size for DnyDOLOD Generation
DoubleYou replied to Rage's question in General Skyrim SE Support
I know that Fallven on Lexy's server got it working with seasons, but I believe they are modifying textures too. Models are compatible, so just require some additional modding to get right if it isn't working. -

You have mentioned low drive space. I would recommend not using the zip option in that case. -

Consider swapping Level0 to Billboard4 then for trees should greatly reduce size. -

Oh my. Seasons too. You may have difficulty getting below 50gb. Set LOD32 to only use Billboard6 for trees might give you a chance. Might be better off sticking with using lod16 for the map if file size is a concern. -

Aspens Ablaze appears to be used in that tree mod. I suspect that it also is using the quality lods for it. Install the Performance version from our mod here and see if that fixes it. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/51135 -

Ultra is required. Highly recommend using performance 3d lods where available. -

That's a combo that I know some of the people on Lexy's server are using, so you might check there. I believe they said you can use the Performance HLT 3d LODs instead of the Quality ones. -

Typically trees. What tree mods? -
Discussion topic: Auto Unlock SFSE by powerofthree Wiki Link I don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of the lockpicking minigame already. It takes too long. I didn't mind Skyrim or Fallout 4's because I got good and could unlock very quickly, but Starfield Master difficulty locks take several minutes to decode, and after doing it several hundred times, it's overkill. This allows locks to auto unlock expending 1 digipick after you have the required perk.

It appears to be Contact Shadows I believe, so if you disabled that, there are likely no shadows.

I have added an experimental Bigger Size Plugin to the optional files made with xEdit. It can be used standalone, and increases the size to about 1.5x radius. Most everything in xEdit is marked as unknown, so this required significant testing to figure out. Due caution is advised.

STARFIELD Starfield Default Values for All Known Valid INI Settings
DoubleYou replied to DoubleYou's topic in INI Tweaking
It's a game setting, not an ini setting. You can set it via console commmands. -
GUIDE Skyrim Special Edition Grass LOD Guide
DoubleYou replied to DoubleYou's topic in Game-Specific
For whatever reason, I can't seem to download the files from that location. Probably better to use pastebin for these kind of simple text files. At any rate, the issue is typically the same: there is a mod causing reproducible CTD at the location it is failing to move past. Sometimes the location is outside the seeable region, but sometimes not. You have to pinpoint the problematic mod and remove it before it will move past it. -

I don't use Linux, so I don't know what challenges you may face. Typically the difficulty lies in the graphics card drivers. Otherwise, Wine or similar can typically allow Windows applications to run on Linux. -

DROPPED DLC Timing UFO4P Patch (by VishVadeva50)
DoubleYou replied to DoubleYou's topic in Fallout 4 Mods
Dropped. This mod is no longer available. The fix is just a simple record patch, so I'll handle it via the Step Patches.- 2 replies

FEEDBACK v1.0 - Feedback & Bug Reports
DoubleYou replied to DoubleYou's topic in Step Fallout 4 Guide
Thanks for reporting. Just skip it for now. I'll incorporate the patch into the Step Patches, as it's a rather minor patch. Edit: New Step Patch - Conflict Resolution incorporates the fix now. -
Is there a successor of ASIS?
DoubleYou replied to framx2l's topic in General Skyrim SE Discussion & Support
We typically use SPID to distribute enchantments and abilities to NPCs nowadays. -
Typically this means an error occurred. Typically this is caused by invalid inline comments on color settings. I would need a log file to be able to troubleshoot any further, as I can only guess with the information provided.

SKYRIMSE LOD and Grass unloading and reloading
DoubleYou replied to modball's topic in General Skyrim SE Discussion & Support
It isn't the LOD that isn't loading quick enough, it is the full grass you are having trouble with. What is the result of using these console commands? getini "bAllowCreateGrass:Grass" getini "bAllowLoadGrass:Grass" getini "iGrassCellRadius:Grass" getini "fGrassStartFadeDistance:Grass" getini "fGrassFadeRange:Grass" Also, it would be good to know if you use NGIO to load the grass cache or not.
