I purposely left out the ESMs though, not sure about whether they can be merged. They more than likely can but some other mods might look for those in later installs. Nice. I'll go through and freshen up some of the edits to use some of those fancy templates. Make things look amazing. You're also still in Merge Plugins Script mode with the text descriptions, have a look at how I edited the last two merge sections to see what I mean. Any new merge instructions can be mostly copy/paste from these. Tell me, why is it a five and half year old game can still hold sway, even in the face of new games? GrantSP Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 I just noticed a description you had was for the main window and I was reading it as the initial plugin selector dialogue, so I've added some extra text to clarify those steps. Mator Smash is in alpha, so only advanced users should get it to work. Stick to Wrye Flash for patching or you'll end up pulling your hair out. You have to disable the copying of assets for certain merges since it makes a lot of stuff redundant if you don't. With Advanced Recon you will probably end up with extra BSAs. I think I may have to give lots of instructions to disable/enable the copy assets part since anything with an ESM is going to need to left ticked. @Grant, I think you made the merging instructions kinda confusing. The first instructions says to click OK, then the next line says to Uncheck All. I think I like the way I had it before. it doesn't matter what plugins get loaded, plus most people will have the plugins being merged at the bottom of the list. Is the guide written for Merge Plugin Standalone and not the Merge Plugins xEdit Script?
