"....Did this happen in version 1.x...."

No.

"....happen when users disable Aero....."

Yes I turned off Aero, adds nothing useful for me.

I think I used every available version from Nexus and this happened only on version 2.0+.

"I don't have Windows 7 anymore, so I can't test"

The first application that modifies INI files that knows what "he" is doing.

Please fix it, if you want I can serve as "guinea pig" in purpose for remove this problem.

Regards

Uploaded 2.0.1

-Fixed the background color of controls when the system has visual styles disabled (i.e. Windows Classic).

Source code is identical because the problem was a bug in Autohotkey, which was updated on November 19 to fix this issue. Just had to recompile with the latest version.

Going through the initial setup of BethINI from what I understand of the readme files it's supposed to auto-detect MO which it is not. I'm having to Browse out of ..Documents\My Games\Skyrim\ to point it to ... Mod Organizer\profiles\profile name\ instead of being able to select which profile I care to edit under the Setup tab INI Path. MO was Set-up using the 1.3.11 installer version from the nexus and a scan of my registry files show the install path set along with the nexus file association. Running Windows 10 x64 pro OS Build 14971.1000 version 1607. Don't know if it will make a difference in the long run or if there is a setting that I need to add to the base bethINI.ini file so the program picks up on mods as I add them later. I'm going through STEP and basically replacing the whole INI section with using this tool. Great work btw. Just need to know what issues it may cause by not detecting MO like this. Thanks :)

Request: Support for non-English windows. I use Windows 7 64bit Korean version and the program looks like the attached file. Some texts and drop down menus are cut from display.

Well, that image is disconcerting. Not sure exactly how I might fix that.

There have been a few cases where it cannot locate it, which causes this inconvenience. I can try a few more tricks yet.

Hi

Thanks for BethINI for SE. I have a bug to report.

I've used the program many times already, I'm pretty sure there's a bug in the VSync check button.

I've used mostly High and Ultra preset (switching from one to ther other a lot to test them), also with Recommended Tweaks checked. Everytime I've changed preset, before Save&Exit, I made sure the VSync flag was off, but then, when I played the game that flag was on. The SkyrimPrefs.ini had always iPresentInterval=1.

Vsync is not controlled by iPresentInterval in Skyrim Special Edition. That is an invalid setting that should be removed from your INI file. The correct setting is iVSyncPresentInterval, which is correctly set via the Vsync setting in BethINI (just tested it to make sure).

Thanks for checking, there must have been some faults in my end. I've tried the new 2.0.2 and this time it stayed to 0.

I meant what you said, iVsyncPresentInterval, but I said what I get used to name it for SkyrimLE :P

Not sure if it's intended, but the tooltip on the VSync checkbox is still saying iPresentInterval (on BethINI for Skyrim SE)
