Kelmych Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Discussion thread: Lantern Caretakers by MannyGT Wiki Link The Lantern Caretakers mod adds 5 NPCs who are caretakers for the lanterns in the STEP mod Lanterns in Skyrim - All in One. It was built to improve immersion. If you pass by one of 5 selected places in Skyrim (one for each NPC) between 7-11 pm you will see the NPC lighting the lantern. I'll provide a more detailed review when I've used it.

statmonster Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Isn't daedric weapons a bit of overkill for these guys? Seems like they would be a good early-mid game source of picking up OP weapons if one were inclined to kill them.

rootsrat Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 Is it worth a slot? Isn't daedric weapons a bit of overkill for these guys? Seems like they would be a good early-mid game source of picking up OP weapons if one were inclined to kill them. Shall we reconsider this mod for 2.2.9?
Aiyen Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 My opinion of it is as it has always been... it is a nice gimick... but in general any mod that involves scripts, and involves you being at a specific spot at a specific time is not really worth it in the long run. In this case the specific place and time is also really rather limited.
