Coverkhajiits to cover the Khajiits. BBR also does khajiits, but after using them both (Spiffyman) felt like coverkhajiits was a better choice for the khajiits. Coverkhajiit don't seem to affect the body textures however (or at the very least it doesn't seem as big a change as the faces).

Only for males. You still need Cover Khajits for the females.

There is a fix here by TechAngel. I believe it fixes the texture holes present in Cover Khajiits. I haven't tested used Cover Khajiits in ages because of this, and I'd never noticed the fixed textures. Thank you, TechAngel! (Sometime I'll make comparisons for Gamwich's textures).

I didn't do any fixes. I simply made a FOMOD so you don't have to install the mod twice to get both male and female textures.

fadingsignal MIGHT redo khajiits completely at some point. I noticed a post on reddit some time ago where he said that after doing some work on fur cloaks or something.

Apologies, then! I saw "fixed", and my mind immediately leapt to the texture fixes for some reason. Thank you for making the merged FOMOD.

While looking for a replacement for Better Beast Races, I stumbled on https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7329/?.  This is a female Khajit texture that was made to complement Coverkhajits.  There is also a male version (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6192/?), but Better Males already takes care of that.  With FAR in the mix, the only thing missing from the loss of BBR are the female khajit body textures.

 

Admittedly its an old mod, but since STEP still uses Coverkhajits for the female face textures, I think its worth a look.
