Okay, for anyone who cares, you can remove Snap-n-Build then use the Workshop Menu Missing Tabs fix mod from the Nexus.

 

The T-49 helmet problem was due to having something called a "Headlamp Debug" installed in-game.  I switched it over to the regular Headlamp option, and it worked just fine.  

 

I got the world back by disabling the COREWiki-Worldspace patch.

What kind of things are hard coded? The crafting xp? The legendary modifications on hard?

Many things, if you look at all the fomods in the Wiki, any settings that conflict I had an override Priority.

 

E.g. NAC and Chems

I Prioritized VATS>MojaveImports>Vanilla. (as TDarkShadow Pointed out the missing effects.)

I did not add the NAC affects to chems as I've not had time to play with them so I did not include them at this stage. (I have used the chem effects when I 1st installed NAC but disabled most of the effects Shortly after.)

 

 

And then there are some inconsistent values / effects in the Core and Nac patch.

Yea that's an oops (But only if people use Eli_ArmourCompendium)

To play around FO4Edit was really cool, I could even get rid of some useless esp, and could understand better the load order and patches.

 

Now I have a question: Is there a way to get a GMST list via console or external tools?

I ask because I found only one reference for the following settings over the web, which I'm using in my personal patch:

 

fSurvivalCompassLocationMaxDist

fSurvivalPerceptionCompassBase

fSurvivalPerceptionCompassMult

 

These are not in the Fallout4.esm, neither in the "Complete GMST List" I've found on Reddit.

I had to wipe my 3rd trial at a Survival Save mod, since it didn't worked again. I thought maybe there could be some GMST for saving, and it would solve everything with ease.

 

Sorry for the offtopic, but since this guide and its forum thread got me to learn a lot of stuff I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I am having Issues, With This setup it seems.

The First One Being that certain bushes are this odd black color, which I assume is from a Missing Texture File?

And Another Where The Elevator is just straight up Missing.

If you want more formal and in-depth responses with correctly punctuated grammar than you have come to the wrong place. The guide is meant to be informational, and all the guff is basically off-the-top of my head with the current redo I did quickly skim over everything.
