  1. Personally, I like RS Children. Darth may want to keep compatibility with SR:LE base as well.
  2. Another masterlist update, see here. The LOOT rule for Guard Dialogue Overhaul is no longer necessary, either. Also, just a heads-up, with the new update to Rustic Monuments and Tombstones the FOMOD options changed slightly.
  3. I wouldn't run enbhost.exe or anything else to do with Skyrim or MO as administrator. Having certain things run through MO as administrator (or even MO itself) can cause weird permissions issues when everything interacts together. Also do you have your whole Steam, MO, and Skyrim Utilities folders excluded from all of your Antivirus / Antimalware?
  4. Darth, ever think of adding instructions to optimize Helgen Reborn, like Neo does with Falskaar (and Wyrmstooth when it was still in the guide)? From the DDSopt Skyrim Guide, it looks like it is a prime candidate for optimization.
  5. Lol, I had tried them last night and was going to post some compares today. You're too quick for us, Gamwich! ;-) I did like the look of the new textures in game, though. Blended in a bit nicer with the area. Edit: I forgot to say thank you for the update. :-)
  6. Sometimes it can take a long time for the MCM menu to appear. IIRC, A Matter of Time's widgets won't appear until you enable them in the MCM menu. You can always try Jaxonz MCM Kicker.
  7. My apologies, from your previous post when you mentioned, "...if I understand correctly, [RAM usage] is the main thing ENBoost addresses (please do feel free to correct me)" it sounded like you were trying to find out exactly what ENBoost did. You can use both ENBoost and Skyrim Project Optimization at the same time without issue unless you have a specific case as mentioned above (city overhauls and such). I don't believe either is totally redundant when both are used. Both are recommended to be installed in the STEP guide and in the SR:LE guide. I'm definitely no expert on SPO or ENB, though. Edit: More info.
  8. New beta version 12 of crash fixes writes a log as well.
  9. Hey DY, I'm wondering if you can add this to spINI: Skyrim.ini [Camera] Increase third-person zoom speed fMouseWheelZoomSpeed sets the transition speed when zooming in and out in third person mode. This also affects how fast the transition from first to third person occurs. fMouseWheelZoomSpeed=10 I think this is the only one of your recommended settings for STEP that doesn't have a setting in spINI. Either that, or I missed what the setting was in spINI. :-P Edit: Nevermind, I see it now. Right in front of my face. One thing though, I noticed that v2.6 no longer automatically changes Papyrus Post-Load Update time to 2000. Any reason why? I thought this was a good change. Allow scripts in a script-heavy load order time enough to execute. Slightly longer loading times, but far more upside than downside. But I admit I don't know very much about it.
  10. Hmm, I haven't noticed that with any of my own rules. If you are sure that the .esp name is right, maybe report it to WrinklyNinja here: https://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1603366-rel-loot-thread-24/page-4?do=findComment&comment=25186576
  11. ENBoost allows you to bypass the 3.1GB memory limit of the Skyrim engine. Settings need to be properly adjusted, though. See here: https://wiki.step-project.com/ENBoost#Recommendations
  12. Yeah, just to be clear I was meaning xEdit.
  13. It depends how familiar you are with modding. It also includes instructions on how to properly set up your system, clean the Update.esm and DLCs, setting up MO, ENBoost, SKSE...then the mods. For proper configuration, all steps must be covered. I would say on average a full day's worth of work. But it should save you time in the long run, as you won't have to worry if your mods are properly set up or not
  14. I have heard of a crash upon start like this if you have two alternate start mods installed at the same time, like Live Another Life and Skyrim Unbound.
  15. No, the STEP Compilation installer is one mod out of the guide. A STEP install means going through the whole guide, top to bottom.
  16. I also archived it on the Wayback Machine before it was updated to drop Wyrmstooth. Same with the CR subguide. The only CR needed is for two children. I believe the conflict is between the notice board and RS Children. The CACO-SIC-WT patch mentioned is easy to make yourself, just resolve the conflicts between the CACO patches into a new patch and add that new patch as the last loading item when you make the CACO Patches merge.
  17. Looks like I wasn't paying attention. :-P My bad, lol.
  18. Yeah, the main point I believe is to be able to hide files in packaged mods, as well as to be able to merge mod assets without installing the BSAopt integration into Merge Plugins. Note that this is only the instruction for SR:LE. STEP instructions assume that BSAs are left packed.
  19. Plus, having it in the CR means instructions would be in the CR subguide, which would be extremely helpful for guys like me that don't necessarily want everything in SRLE Extended. :-)
  20. Actually, on the Nexus page the author refers to it as: MUS - Morrowloot Ultimate Simplified For whatever reason. Your acronym makes much more sense, but oh well. :-/
  21. LotD is "Legacy of the Dragonborn".
  22. LOOT Masterlist has been updated, info here. With this masterlist update, LOOT rules for Respectful Guard Animations and DynDOLOD are no longer necessary. Also the LOOT rule for Dynamic Follower Dialogue is no longer necessary for anyone that is still using it.
  23. Have you guys seen this? MUS - Morrowloot Ultimate Simplified
  24. Did you scroll down in the FOMOD? I'm pretty sure it is accurate. This mod hasn't been updated in a long time, and I just reinstalled it last week.
  25. No worries. An off-topic tip as well: If you are installing Core first, then going back to install the other mods from Extended...it's not really meant to be done that way, but it is understandable if you are benchmarking. Just make sure to order the mods in the left pane as per a full Extended install at the end. Not just the list of Core mods first, then Extended mods after. Also, make sure you remove the installed Core version of the STEP Compilation and reinstall it with the Extended options.
