  1. You may need to install the Universal C Runtime. Click the link below and install the x86 version for your operating system. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226
  2. Congratulations on making it into Hot Files on Nexus!
  3. These are just log files so I would create a new mod (right click overwrite, create mod) so they won't reappear in Overwrite. You can name the new mod whatever you want, but something like Crash Logs might make sense.
  4. It looks as if the enblocal.ini you posted here is cut off in the middle of the [iNPUT] section.
  5. The RadeonPro developer was hired by Raptr in March 2014 and the last version available is from November 2013. You can do all this right in enblocal.ini anyway, so I recommend uninstalling RadeonPro and modifying enbseries.ini to your needs. If you have a 60Hz display, it's generally best to set iPresentInterval=1 in the [Display] section of skyrim.ini, EnableVSync=true in the [ENGINE] section of enblocal.ini, and EnableFPSLimit=false in the [LIMITER] section of enblocal.ini. If the display refreshes at 120Hz or higher, set EnableVSync=false in the [ENGINE] section of enblocal.ini, EnableFPSLimit=true and FPSLimit=60.0 in the [LIMITER] section of enblocal.ini.
  6. This is just an unverified theory, but it sounds as if there may be some differences between the save files created by SSE, Skyrim, and FO4. If this is the case, it could be reading the data incorrectly and showing a stream of gibbersh that it thinks are mod names.
  7. Duplicate topic. The FNV 4GB Patcher topic can be found here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/11603-fallout-new-vegas-4gb-patcher-roy-batty-luthienanarion/
  8. Locked this topic at the request of Darth_mathias.
  9. Some of the mods I tried include Papyrus Utils, Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patches, Better Jumping, Better Stealing, Wet and Cold, etc. It works find if I right click and select View on Nexus. It goes to the wrong URL is I click View on Nexus from the Nexus tab. Mod Organizer does not have my Nexus credentials since I don't use the Download with Manager link and I currently have three instances of Mod Organizer active.
  10. Papyrus logs are not crash logs and are pretty much useless for troubleshooting issues with the game crashing. If you are using the SKSE memory patch, you may need to increase DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB because the STEP recommended value of 768. You should use Memory Blocks Log to determine if this the case.
  11. Just to make sure I understand correctly, you installed all of the mods in the STEP 2.2.9.2 guide? If you are installing STEP Core, you install only the mods marked with Core emblem. If you are installing STEP Extended, you should install all of them -- including all of the Core mods.
  12. I'm assuming Nexus fixed this issue recently because I had been seeing this same behavior for a while. EDIT: I take that back. Right clicking a mod and selecting View on Nexus seems to work, but it doesn't work if double click the mod (right click / Properties), select the Nexus tab, and click View on Nexus.
  13. No, you can do it as you stated: update the textures, run the bashed path, generate new LODs and call it a day. If the updated mod does not contain an ESP or ESM, you can skip running the bashed patch.
  14. Yes, the priority order in the left pane is important. The order in which you download the mods is irrelevant.
  15. Are you referring to DynDOLOD, DynDOLOD Patches, or DynDOLOD Resources? the main DynDOLOD file contains all the executables and should not be installed with Mod Organizer. DynDOLOD Patches and DynDoLOD Resources both contain an FOMOD installer.

Yes, I think this video is a fairly accurate representation of our voting system especially toward the end where it mentions independent candidates acting as spoilers. In all cases in which we've had an independent candidate running for office, it seems the sole purpose of the independent candidate is to detract voters away from the Democrat or Republican candidate. The 2000 election was particular controversial with allegations that Al Gore would have won the Florida vote and been elected president if Ralph Nader had not run as an independent based on statistics that the majority of Nader's votes in Florida would have gone to Al Gore. The vote in Florida in 2000 was a nightmare anyway so I doubt anyone can really say who actually won the Florida vote if all votes had been counted. Also keep in mind that I'm not saying I necessarily agree with the alleged statistics that Gore would have won Florida and the majority of the electoral college, but it is certainly a possibility.
  17. Yeah, it looks as if the latest version of LOOT split priority (0-near infinity) into priority (0-127) and global priority (0-127).
  18. After going into Control Panel / Programs and Features, you need to click Turn Windows features on or off. You should see .NET Framework 3.5.1 in the dialog that pops up.
  19. I'm glad to hear you resolved it so easily. Now go clobber a few Draugr.

Yeah, you're right. American politics is very peculiar, although I can't really pinpoint when this "lesser of two evils" started to become a thing over here. I may be off by a decade or two, but it seems to have been within the past 20 years or so. It's to the point now that it seems most Americans are really voting against a specific candidate they don't like rather than voting for a candidate and I'm not convinced the majority understand any of the issues at stake. Of course, the other side of the story here is that the news media turns it into a circus to grab the most eyeballs for advertising revenue and Americans love watching train wrecks in action.
  21. Purple images indicate you may be missing a texture for that object. Here's a random screenshot I picked up to demonstrate the effect. I think the first thing to do if you are using Mod Organizer is to ensure all of the BSAs are checked in the right pane (in the Archives tab) and you have the "Have MO manage archives" checkbox checked. It's at the top of the Archives tab just above the list of BSAs.
  22. Take your time and test the game after completing each section. I now from my own blundering experience that it's a lot easier to determine what I did wrong when I take small steps and test often.
  23. I generally prefer to keep it locally in case it vanishes into thin air one day and to reduce the bandwidth I use on Nexus. I think Nexus is better off financially today than when I first joined, but I still try to be a bit conservative about spending their money for bandwidth. I could use Nexus' dedicated servers for a bit faster downloads (in theory), but I prefer to use the cheaper CDN for this reason.
  24. TechAngel85 has also been adding mods that are in the STEP Guide to the Skyrim Special Edition WIKI page as they become available.
  25. Have you checked to see if there are any conflicts between Ordinator and Stealth Skills Rebalanced? I seem to recall the Ordinator page saying you should use the No Game Settings Change version of Ordinator and load Stealth Skills Rebalanced before Ordinator.
