Yeah any conflicts I left out would be dialogue and quest stuff that I have no intention of messing with. Most of it is USLP and GDO. GDO does a good job of changing the guards' dialogue even if it looks way different that USLP. Same goes for any conflict with a mod by Kryptopyr. Her stuff changes quests to make her mods work properly. Everything else should be sound conflicts and I selected the proper overrides that STEP decided on.

Queue is back! New version of NVAC! You can get the latest version of LutanaNVSE and it can suppress all the popups. -
GUIDE Fear and Loathing in New Vegas - Feedback
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Fear & Loathing in New Vegas
The one where stuff like tools can be used as weapons can't make the cut. That mod is a great idea that becomes really annoying quickly since there is so many extra weapons in the game. It just drives you nuts. -
ACCEPTED FileAccess Interface for Skyrim Script - FISS (by Lord Conti)
EssArrBee replied to statmonster's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
I think FISS mods supported by STEP should have a premade file that we provide with our recommended settings. -
ACCEPTED Book Covers Skyrim - Lost Library (by DanielCoffey)
EssArrBee replied to Nebulous112's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
This mod falls in the CRF category for me. Actual Bethesda content added into the game. I'd say extended because it wasn't intended to be in the game unlike CRF which was cut out for time or w/e reason. -
DROPPED Wiseman303's Flora Fixes (by wiseman303)
EssArrBee replied to TirigonX's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Regular members, mods, and release coordinators all voting yes. That's enough for me. Accepted for STEP Core v2.10 -
DIdn't realize that was the case. THought that file was in the 2.10 dev folder on mega. I'll take care of it because I didn't add those yet.
-
Did you add the other two mods from the 2.10 dev version of the compilation?

ACCEPTED IMPACT - Compatibility Edition
EssArrBee replied to darthbdaman's topic in Fallout: New Vegas Mods
That mod's compatibility was one of the reason I never added it to F&L. Very nice Darth.- 4 replies

Well, that is what I would be doing, Tech. This is the 2.10 dev thread silly.

DROPPED Wiseman303's Flora Fixes (by wiseman303)
EssArrBee replied to TirigonX's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Wiseman's other fixes are great. No reason to believe this one isn't. I'll vote yes. -
DROPPED Dragonborn Mages Robes Retexture Pack (by Rafuel)
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Oh crap, didn't see this when I posted in the Gamwich thread. -
I'm already a big fan of the mages mod that we have in STEP and have advocated for the inclusion of the corresponding Dragonborn mod. We could use the STEP version regardless and just overwrite Gamwich's if the rest of the clothes are better than what we currently have. The STEP version incorporates the symbols from each school of magic on to it's type of robe.
-
I like the HD Horker regular texture. Something about the Gamwich texture looks off to me. Like stone or something. The regular one is a little speckled, but it does make the horker look like it lays out in the sun all day.
-
I could easily add mod groups. Extra folders with very small files that are just there for users that want them is something I have no problem including. I've wanted to add the INI edits for a while, but just never got around to it. That is going on my checklist though so I won't forget.

You might have to do it Tech. The nexus is not playing nice with me the last couple days. You'll have to change the copies from the nexus because I haven't synced the latest ones with Mega yet. Remember to update the info.xml as well.
-
I didn't touch the installer files. Actually, the only thing I did was update the readmes and then drop the ruffled feather files into the main Core folder.
-
We recommend using the bashed patcher from wrye bash because it does a lot more to combine the leveled lists.
-
It's in there. Just installs with everything else. Shouldn't cause any issues.
-
THere's none. Just the removal of ruffled feather from the guide. I just got home so I'll upload the high res file now.
-
Can't sleep so I finally got the compilation and patched update done. It's uploading now. The ruffle feather and EDT are apart of this compilation, so we can remove that mod now. I'll leave it in the guide though to confuse people and ignore their questions about it. EDIT: Okay, just had a power outage. Been having lightning storms. Can't upload the high res version tonight. Will finish tomorrow.

Is this a cracked verison of Skyrim?
EssArrBee replied to GamerPoets's question in General Skyrim LE Support
I don't think Steam is allowed in every country so games have to just come out the old fashioned way on one of those flat circular discs all the old people talk about. -
I think we should consider moving to the regular version 1.9x before going to 2.0+.

Something something beta patches something something. https://mega.nz/#!UJ4jwAaY!XutTzDwQIt331iyr8AE92w9BQSosBPdV5EF7Rf5pg8Y Gotta rename your preferred patch manually. I'm not your mother. Updated to be inline latest USLP, ICAIO, WAF, and probably some other stuff I'm to tired to remember. If no one sees any issues then I'll upload them tomorrow night.

Well, all those pictures of Mona Lisa would be parody which is protected under fair use in the USA. I guess you could technically make parody mods? Probably gonna piss people off though. I reject the notion that scientists weren't every bit as possessive as they are now. AFAIK money has existed for a long time and you don't just sit around doing math all day and not have any bills. Leonardo Da Vinci was one of the biggest military contractors of his day. He designed all kinds of fantastical contraptions of death and destruction and only sold them to military. He didn't publish his weapon designs and share them with everyone. He wanted money, just like scientists do now. As a scientist I'm offended at the notion that my idols weren't every bit as self-centered and egocentric as I am. Publish or perish. EDIT: Actually, I better add something else about mods, I was getting OT. We should probably just do w/e mod authors want so they keep making mods. I can put up with people and their demands for credit as long as they keep giving me free ****.
