Maybe one of the Yukichigai mods. I'd check through those since he did a few caravan mods. -

Not sure what you should do about the old meshes. I never really remember having that issue and I used that armor quite a bit. I wouldn't get rid of them because someone will want to use them. -

I already changed the cell placements. I updated the door to the workshop with a lock. The recipes and the incomplete armors are all finished. There shouldn't be anything missing from that plugin. You should be able to play with it as is. Though I was thinking of making a recipe for the complete version that didn't require the incomplete versions in case people get rid of them or what a second copy for companions. I get making simple too. People can be so dumb if you don't hold their hands for everything. -

Seems Mega didn't read my overwrites properly. It shows the uploads in my app though. :/ I'll put the updated one in again. Try this one: https://mega.nz/#!YU4iULaJ!CuEVdN8jP9NBLEHiYc2L6eXm97uSpJiqxWnpTFXjkCU I added some other stuff to it though. I was working on something else to make the armor a little less overpowered. -

Do you apply bash tags to the dlcs?
EssArrBee replied to Van555's question in Guide Support & Bug Reports
You can't run the script on a bunch of plugins at once. It will detect lots of tags that aren't supposed to applied which defeats of the purpose of the tagging system all together. -

Hey Mono, I was looking at ADAM right now and noticed that most of the Rangers on Patrol didn't get copied over. I was always wondering why there were only a few around the wasteland. Should be easy enough to correct though. -
Advanced Recon Patches (by darthbdaman)
EssArrBee replied to darthbdaman's topic in Fallout: New Vegas Mods
The Outcast Helmet comes with a rebreather. It included it's own script for that. I'm not sure why it was that way, but I think most of that stuff has to do with it being a helmet that lets you wear a hat on top of it. -
Hey darth, I added your mod author badge since you making some mods now. You can post any mod threads in our mod forum and tag it with FNV in the future.

Well, if using words by there literal meaning and etymology is completely incorrect, then I want to be completely incorrect. Agnostic literally means without knowledge. Greek prefix "a-" means without and "gnosis" means knowledge. Name one person that has the knowledge of the existence of God or the lack thereof. That's means I'm exactly correct on the usage of such a word. Huxley may have expanded that usage to fit his and/or Darwin's philosophical view, but it doesn't mean my and the literal definitions are or have become wrong because someone tries to change it for their needs. Huxley had to have terminology for his views since he was dealing with the brunt of people standing against Darwin's theory. Darwin didn't do any of the public debate over his work, so Huxley did it for him. Even earned the nickname "Darwin's Bulldog". The idea he came up with wasn't new one though. It was many centuries old. It boils down to two types of questions: Do you believe in God? A yes or no question about your faith or lack thereof. Theist or atheist. Do you know there is a God? Yes or no. It's a question of knowledge or ignorance. Gnostic or agnostic. Sagan's statement was asserting that the atheist knows there is no God. He's giving a situation where the atheist knows this. In reality does the atheist actually know? Of course not. One does simply not gain knowledge through declaration or providence. Then the atheist is also agnostic. Same holds true for everyone. We just don't know. That's why I said you may be prescribed to being non-religious, or more accurately, irreligious. Penn Jillette wrote a book about this non-religious notion that some self proclaimed agnostics live their lives as atheists. They don't pray, they don't go to church, they don't read religious texts... So if your actions are that of an atheist, then you really are one. I feel that is irreconcilable with Sagan's assertions of the atheist knowing there is no God and Sagan's own claim to be non-religious. "I'm not any more skeptical about your religious beliefs than I am about every new scientific idea I hear about." That is really the key in the atheist vs non-religious argument to me. Atheists live like there is no God. Because of that there is one major difference between them and non-religious people. Skepticism. The irreligious individual lives as if there is no God, not out of faith or knowledge, but rather that they have no idea how to live for a god who's existence they are ignorant of. The atheist does this on there knowledge that there is no God or the belief there is no God. But, in our world where Sagan's atheist, with proof of God's nonexistence, does in fact not exist, we can only say that everyone is agnostic regardless of their labels. I'd go so far to say that most self-proclaimed atheists that maintain skeptical of any belief are not atheists, but rather irreligious. Let others call themselves what they desire, but don't take it on faith. Now that I've brought up Sagan enough, there is one memory I have about something relating to metaphysics he once said. I don't remember exactly what it was he was talking about, but I know it was more about metaphysics as philosophy. Something along the lines that there is no laboratory for metaphysics. Physicists come up with an idea or get one from someone smarter, then postulate something, research it, and come up with elaborate ways to test the idea. If the idea turns out to be true, then it is henceforth useless. The idea is not what matters anymore, it's the truth. That process isn't really apart of metaphysics. Though, saying that outright is also a bit disingenuous. Some parts of metaphysics debate have moved into the realm of measurable science. The free will vs deterministic behavior debate is now part of biology fields such as genetics. Maybe the other parts one day move into the lab as well, but I very much doubt that we will ever have the real Dr. Venkman, Stantz, and Spengler crossing streams. If only those of faith would also Live & let live.

Yes it's safe. The engine really starts getting buggy around 135. I try to stay under 130. -
Everyone is agnostic. It's not a belief system. That is a common mistake made by many. Agnostic basically means that you don't know. No one knows. Religious people have faith that there is a god, atheists have faith that there isn't. None of them know for sure because it's unknowable. Hence, everyone is agnostic. What you really mean is that you are non-religious, like Carl Sagan.

How come there's no new ghosts? Why is always some old place that has spirits? Also, why isn't every inch of the world haunted? There have been around 100 billion people through history. That means someone died and died horribly on every inch of the planet. The world should be crowded with ghosts.

Star Wars Humble Bundle II: https://www.humblebundle.com/star-wars Ten bucks for all the Lego Star Wars is already a good deal, then throw in KOTOR 1&2, all the X-Wing and Tie Fighter games, and more games are going to be added.

Actually, there are some very interesting hypothesis being put forward about the universe itself being alive. That the unknown 90% of the universe may actually be the consciousness of life in the cosmos. Not sure I really buy until I see some more convincing maths in support of it. Lots of scientist through the years have believed some really wacky stuff. Tesla believed a bunch of weird stuff. Newton was actually a religious nutbag and really into occult studies and alchemy. He even translated the Emerald Tablet of Thoth and predicted that the Earth would end after 2060. Luckily, he made most of his major discoveries in math and physics before all that started. I've gone down the alternative and parallel universe rabbit hole many times. It's a fascinating field of math and physics. I kinda like the idea that there are both universes running parallel to ours, but also there are many alternate versions of each universe that may not be parallel. I was messing with some work centered around multi-dimensional time where moving along the x-axis is what we perceive as time and the y-axis was to move through universes. Universes would be stacked in a way that each one began at each instance, so moving in the positive Y direction would mean travel back in time and the negative Y directions forward in time. I never reconciled it with SR because I couldn't figure out how to manage the effects of time dilation in more than 4 dimensions. Now here's a really trippy theory that I always found scary. Imagine you encounter a 2 dimensional species. Their entire existence is lived on a plane and they can't observe the third dimension. You observe this 2D species from the z-axis and they can't actually see you and will never know you're there as they can't exist in that dimension. Now knowing that, humans did not evolve to observe this fourth dimension and can't see it whatsoever. Now what if a species that could exist in 4D is viewing us from that fourth axis? We would never know they were there and they could be right next to us. That terrified me the first time I heard it.

Relevant XKCD: https://xkcd.com/1235/ Everyone probably has some unexplainable story and chalk it up to ghosts. There has to be some kind of aliens out there. Problem is finding them in an infinite universe. To many stars and planets not to have life out there. Even if there is, the distances in space are way to far. Our biggest problem could be that we're isolated in our part of the universe from all the other life in the universe. That is either a good reason to be terrified about the future or a good reason to be Nihilistic about the future. I think science can explain what people experience, but most people won't except the explanation anyways. Then scientists just stop working on it because no one is going to listen to them anyways. We'll just have to leave it to all the ghost hunter shows that can't produce one viable bit of evidence.

I had to leave town suddenly, so I won't be doing the updates to anything until Monday at the earliest. Maybe on Sunday night depending on what time I can get home. It's not going to really mess anything up by keeping the old patches. I promise, you won't even be able to tell the difference.

I had to leave town suddenly, so I won't be making any more changes until at least Monday. Anything that needs fixing or updating in the guide will have to be done by other people as I won't have my laptop readily available for most the time I'm gone.
