  1. https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB#Memory
  2. What Aiyen is saying is that it's a non-issue really. Loading times are what they are. There is some extra stuff going on with ENBoost so you're not going to be able to reduce loading times. The only way you'll reduce them is switching to a SSD.
  3. I've tracked it to keep an eye on it.
  4. Updated the mod page to account for the optional ESPs now included in RaceMenu.
  5. I have a list of these mods and will probably be removing those mods from the Guide soon. I will post in the 2.3.0 Dev thread asking for suggested replacements. Suggestions will need to have their own threads in the Mods forum. If anyone suggests a mod, be willing to add a thread for it so the whole testing process can be done properly.
  6. It's not hard. If I have some time later I can probably do it for you but it probably won't be today.
  7. To remove the merged ESP, you'll have to use TES5Edit and remove the ESPs references from the Extended Patch.
  8. You'll have to edit the STEP Patch to still use the Patch. Specifically this esp is causing the CTD: BetterQuestObjectives-TheChoiceIsYoursPatch.esp. That ESP was merged into the Patch so it will need to be removed from the Patch. You'll also have to reinstall Better Quest Objectives to not be reliant on The Choice Is Yours.
  9. Once you get past the horrible DoF in the video, the Beta version looks really good. Good enough that we might be able to do away with SRO or swap their positions in the install order. It would need a serious analysis and compare though.
  10. Updated it for now. Will need to keep an eye on it for when it comes out of Beta.
  11. If the textures were merged together then we should just need one file install.
  12. Go indoors, save. Uninstall the mod. Load the game and wait 24rs, re-save. That should be the safest way to uninstall the mod.
  13. I agree that it's more immersive because it's more realistic to be able to see those lights at long distances. However, mine are currently set to 7000.
  14. Enable vsync in drivers, INIs and ENB for proper vsync in all situations.
  15. No, you did it correctly. The mods should be installed in the order they are listed in the Guide. Core vs Extended doesn't mean a lot right now in the current Guide for users install the entirety of STEP. It's more for the future of the project. Don't click that warning to Fix installation order. We've checked the order personally and there is nothing wrong with it. Make sure the mod are in the same order they are listed on the Guide; top to bottom.
  16. STEP:Core = mods on the STEP Guide marked with a green bar to the left of the mod. STEP:Extended = all other mods. Install the entire Guide for the full STEP experience. Core is mainly just fixes. Skyrim Revisited is maintained by a user, Neovalen, and not by STEP. I can not attest to it's completeness; however, can say that many, many users do follow that Guide.
  17. Yes: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/6532-new-step-vsync-settings-all-step-users-affected/
  18. Re-enable vsync in your Skyrim.ini file. It shouldn't be disabled.
  19. It was in a PM, I added you all.
  20. We've had some discussion on this in another thread or PM...can't remember which but it's something that the Staff and Z feels should remain. Yes, it's use should be limited on STEP-based Guides. We all agree with this. Z has already taken care of some of this by improving the default CSS based off some of my personal CSS edits (mainly spacing related) and removing its use on most of the Guides. We've been making an effort to reduce its use on the official STEP content; however, the main reason to keep it is for the non STEP-based Guides that we have around (SR, Fallout:NV, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Mass Effect, etc). These Guide should be not be restricted to the STEP-only "theme" as they're not STEP Guides nor STEP related...not to mention they're well known and are popular. Another reason is, it can be used to supplement an official Guide like its use on the ENBSeries INI Guide. Its use there is to align elements to a specific layout for the compares and the compare text. This would be possible using inline CSS; however, that is very inefficient. Since the code would be repeating 100s of times, it's far more efficient to use the css extension. So there have been legitimate reasons to keep the extension around voiced by Staff.
  21. @s4n, Yeah, I thought about that image being in the head as being odd after the fact. @hishutup, You can use divs to float the images to the left of the headers. This would eliminate the issue entirely. You could try adding the follow to your css file for the h5 element: text-decoration: none; That might eliminate the issue. I can't edit your .css page (which is odd because I should have the permissions to do that) or I'd try it for you.
  22. I've hidden the link on the mod page. We can't link to anything that isn't provided directly from the author.
