There are two solid instances that this mod breaks vanilla consistency which breaks the STEP mandates. For this reason alone, the mod can not be added to STEP. Best leave it to packs. I'm dropping it from testing. -

I removed it because EssArrBee had it listed in the Compilation text file as if it was included already. Forgot to put it back in. I'll have to re-add Fire Effect too as that mod as removed quite a while ago due to the same reason. Just some small mistakes on our part. I'll get those mods re-added. EDIT: Okay, they're re-added. The Guide will refresh itself in a bit with those added back in. -

For quick tests of most things, coc-ing into the game from the menu is fine. I do it myself, but expect some bugs.

Really it's just a matter of hiding the conflicting assets in the STEP Compilation. It might take a little extra work, but it's nothing that is hard to do.

I've been waiting on this one until I reach that stage in the game again, however, from what I've seen I like this mod. If it ever needs patching, it's likely something that we can do ourselves. -

This mod doesn't make sense. Yes it's a simple mod, but the language the draugr are speaking is the dragon language which the PC doesn't know so a translation doesn't make since from a roleplaying perspective. This is backed by the event at Kynesgrove's. Alduin and the other dragon talk, but you can not understand what they're saying (it's not translated). Furthermore, Alduin speaks to the PC saying, "You don't even know our tongue do you?". So...It doesn't make sense for STEP to add this as it breaks away from the original intent and breaks about 4 of the Mandates in the process. -

I know what you mean. I have to check the conflicts in MO before I do any compares now to ensure I don't miss something.

When I do compares and testing for STEP inclusion, I try to remember to take the entire scope into account. This mod is a perfect example. I seen the armor and knew it was fur so it had to come from an animal. This was most likely either deer or elk so I sought one out to compare. Sure enough, they're a close match. Before that, I was against the mod due to how dark it was. Gamwich seems like darker textures.

Ramccoid isn't maintaining his topics so they could all be moved back into Mods as far as I'm concerned. @Greg, You missed ISW which is currently what STEP uses.

I'm dropping this from consideration for testing. All in all, this is the perfect child mod for STEP, but it sits abandoned until someone picks up the work. Hopefully someone with the knowledge will do so, but messing around with the NPC meshes and morphs can be a handful and is a specialized area. -

I don't know what causes the glow as I've never had to deal with it myself. Seems to just pop-up from time to time for some users.

Long day, wrong thread but as long as we understand about the changes made to versioning brings and how to maintain the version control. There won't be any more "let me fix that real quick" sort of updates. Everything has to be packaged into a release; minor or hotfix.

I see this has a testing tag to be considered. I've looked over the mod and don't really see its relevance. One could argue that a quartermaster shouldn't be at every camp as this doesn't make sense considering these are camps with tents which are designed to be easily movable. How are you going lug that workbench around with you to follow the troops? "Quartermaster" is a more reason term used for those that deal with the arms. In these times, they would be the blacksmiths which would typically only be found in the the cities and towns. Rarely would they be found at camps and when they were these would most likely be the staging posts for attacks. -
I see someone wanted this considered for testing. After a review, I feel like this mod is too much of a personal choice/option to be included in STEP. I've removed the testing tag.
